“There is one review here flagging the ventilation and almost nothing else on the subject. For a cigar lounge that is the whole question, so let me answer it: the air was fine. Sat and smoked for a couple of hours on a Thursday night and never once thought about it. The place was chill. Nobody rushing anybody out. Four stars.”

“Kira is the most warm, kind and EXTREMELY patient employee I have ever met in a smokeshop. I’ve been here for over an hour and she’s still working with me to find a solution that works for me. I am amazed by her character and ability to not give up no matter what! Thank you to the staff who was wise enough to hire Kira. Amazing employees are very hard to come by so I hope that you guys give her regular raises to keep her there because I’d like this to be my permanent smoke shop but that’s mainly just because Kira is so amazing!”

I went because it had so many good reviews, so when I saw this location also had a high rating I was hesitant, but there were so many I wanted to check it out. Came here with my mom and was treated with kindness, patience (I had several questions ?), and the prices were good! We plan on returning. ?”

“Stop searching. This is the place. Truly an outstanding shop! I met Adrienne the first time I stepped foot in the store, and she is the reason I kept going back. She always goes out of her way to help, and if there's a product you're looking for that's not in stock, she'll do her best to get it and follows up when it comes in. It's rare to find customer service like this anymore. So many places simply ring you up and send you on your way, but that's not the case here. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. After a few visits, I met Emily, and she is just as amazing. The level of customer service both Adrienne and Emily provide is something that's becoming increasingly rare and deserves to be recognized. The product quality is excellent, the prices are great, and every visit has been a positive experience. To whoever owns or manages this shop, you truly lucked out with Adrienne and Emily. They are a tremendous asset to your business and are a big part of why customers keep coming back. I highly recommend this shop.”
