placed a next door neighbor's mis-directed card in our "out mail" 2 days ago (same number/different street) for proper delivery. Today we received the SAME mis-directed card.Do I walk around the streets; locate this neighbor; knock on their door; and deliver this card? Obviously there are issues over there. Second complaint re: home delivery in past month.Maybe delivery person needs new glasses?

This post office has really improved it’s customer service. Every employee I have worked with the last two years has been very helpful and friendly. I never wait long for service. Much improved Maitland Post Office ?

The word rude doesn't come close to everything that I wanna describe regarding this post office staff. My God, the level of incompetent employees is far beyond a saving point, window guys are more worried about catching conversation with the young girls than helping the elderly costumers in need of guidance to either send their package or retrieve lost mail. Tall Hispanic guy, had zero, I mean zero empathy for their clients and seems to me that their supervisor lack training just like the rest of the crew. Save your money and go to other location. No worth it.

Incompetent employees, this location needs an intervention...My experiences have been limited with the post office staff and this location, but it has been by personal on choice, and in those limited occasions that i have interacted with them, their window staff have been arrogant, disrespectfuland have had zero regards for costumer satisfaction, On top of that, my career has been a horror for years. He refuses to deliver parcels, and nothing seems to motivate him to do a decent job!Not lodging complaint(s) to his supervisor, or the post master, not even calling his direct supervisor has improved his service, he's performamce is horrible. The only saving grace is that I am relocating soon and will never have to be subjected to him again. I'm so sorry for my neighbor's and community.Trust me, unless we together take matter into our hands and start complaining by name, nothing will change.

Don’t even waste your time como here, better save your money and time and find a new post office for your business. And if you think the supervisor will help or pay attention to you as a costumer, think twice. Ugh!!!

Incompetent employees, the short Hispanic guy at the window was not just rude but disrespectful and the tall guy named Juan only wanted to help the young girls asking for help, he completely ignored me and blew me off in oder to talk to the girl in a red shirt behind me. Very disappointed in this location and their staff, very discourage to see costumer services at the window behave this way. So sad ?

Inconsistent postal delivery persons. Seems like I get a new person every month. Employees should be trained better to pick up outgoing letters and priority mail packages left at the mailbox.

Been using the location for about 4 years. Never had any problems. Actually surprised at all the one stars. Staff is always nice.

Not sure who hurt Crystal.But she was very rude and not helpful at all.I needed to drop off a package. She would not take it. Because I used priority tape. She said I would have to pay for priority shipping.Even though she said I can pay 3.99 for the tape.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews because I had an amazing experience there. The process was super smooth! Peter was an amazing guy who helped me with all my questions and gave me some good advice!
