I called over to the pharmacy to see what the apparent insurance issue was with my prescriptions. The employee who answered the phone was less than pleasant. It seems that you all need to sharpen your customer service skills. This will be the LAST time we use WalGreens.

Been going to the Walgreens Pharmacy in Maitland on Packwood for years. The last couple of years the pharmacy has gone down hill. They have overcharged me for the last time, CVS in Winter Park is far more helpful and accomodating. Don't ever accept a partial script from Walgreens, you will be over charged!

After many years, had to leave Walgreens pharmacy and switch to CVS due to continued treatment at this pharmacy. Found customer service in pharmacy to be lacking, especially from man on at nights. I believe his name is Scott. Kept getting treated horribly, as if they were doing me favors for refilling my perscriptions. Sad because I basically live next door to this store. CVS pharmacy Winter Park, Orlando Ave has excellent service and now has my business.

Iv been working here for about 2 months, and the management is great and so are the employees. Mike has been amazing, as iv been working through health issues, and hes been very kind and understanding. Also, very clean!

Consistently good merchandise. They answer the phone and the staff seems somewhat consistent. Easy parking and not too overwhelming big.

I come here often and today I went for the COVID vaccine. They ask for my ID and insurance card. They tell me that I’m suppose to have another card and I said no! I go to CVS all the time and get my prescription with no problem. Again they ask for my insurance card and I ask what is the problem. Apparently they can’t find me in the system… What does it matter they don’t need it. I waited for 20 minutes. I go down the street to CVS and I got it there. I decided to call later and speak to a manager and after 3 attempts I get disconnected every time I press #2 as I’m suppose to. Unfortunate experience!

Pharmacy's customer service is the worst. The wait is ridiculous. Waited 30 mins for someone to come to the window after pressing the call button several times. Only to be told that I had to wait even longer for the pharmacist to verify my insurance

Horrible store. Stood and waited and waited at the pharmacy. No one acknowledged me even though I was standing right in FRONT of them. Had to leave due to back pain without anyone even looking at me letting me know the saw me. I mentioned to the person how I was ignored and she had a funny look on her face....like she was confused that she should acknowledge a customer standing right in front of her instead if ignoring them. I usually go to the Fern Park store who always greets and is actually nice to customers. I don't plan on going to this store again. If you are looking for a store that cares about you don't go to this store. BTW I don't usually leave such a bad review.

My doctor had sent my prescription in at 12 and I didn’t get a notification my medicine was ready. So I called at 5:50pm and had to wait to speak to someone. 45 mins into it I hear they went on a meal break which I found ridiculous so I decided to wait. I hear there’s one call ahead waited some more. Two hours into it I hung up since I kept hearing the same thing and no response. I needed my medicine today but I guess I have to wait till tomorrow since it’s already after 8pm and they close at 9pm.
