I like the staff they are very good but impossible to speak to a banker on the phone to ask questions that can’t be answered online !

They have a big office but how can they only have one cashier? It is disrespectful for customers to have to wait when you have 5 spaces and only one working .

Banks buy other banks so it was not always named Wells Fargo, but I have been using Wells Fargo since 1998. Katherine Smith has been my broker/advisor & she is now VP of brokerage services & securities.
