“I had to call to get a bank check mailed for a time sensitive real estate transaction and Tamekia was very patient and calm and was able to meet all my needs at the last minute. Climate First does well when it invests in such patient and quality service. In an era of AI young and tech savvy front line staff help the elders navigate the sometimes complicated world of technology. Kudos for investment in quality front line staffing.”

When doing usual transactions, the employees help you simplify the task in the most secure and direct way. Recently I needed documents witnessed and notarized, and the personal and expert assistance I received was commendable. “What a great experience at this branch. I've been a Seacoast customer for years and it's the interactions with the staff that are always icing on the cake, to the already easy banking experience they provide. I had some difficult business that I needed to take care of, urgently at that and the staff was just amazing. I wasn't easy, I had no appointment, and I was treated like a VIP. Thank you for everything Kenneth and Zachary at the lobby! Those two were just so great and ideal employees to be first in line with your customers. Thank you again for keeping a customer for life.”

“Jeff and Austin were great today, jumping right into action when others would have told me that I needed an appointment or provided me with another excuse. My request was a bit daunting but they did not fright. I can appreciate how they listened to my needs and the knowledge Jeff had to execute the plan. Austin followed through and the results were outstanding. Thanks for everything and I now know what branch to travel to that won't waste my time. If you are looking for assistance, please seek Jeff. He's the man!”

“I recently visited the bank to exchange dollars to euros. The process itself was smooth, and the staff was polite and professional. However, I wish the exchange rate had been explained more clearly to me before completing the transaction. I was not advised about the rate, and only afterward I realized it was quite high. As a result, I ended up overpaying by about $150. Overall, the service was good, but I would appreciate more transparency and guidance regarding exchange rates in the future.”

“When the Big Banks treat you poorly, go to Centennial Bank! For more than 5 years, the Winter Park location has provided a VERY HIGH level of service to me and my clients. When clients need to know what to expect, such as: how they will be treated, how long holds will be used on deposits, and the like, Centennial Bank excels at consistent excellence!”

“I’ve dealt with a lot of banks over the years, and I can honestly say the service I received from Julie Cezar Washington was on another level. She was patient, clear, and incredibly thorough without ever making the conversation feel overwhelming. Every question I had was answered in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or like I was just another appointment on the schedule. What really stood out to me was how genuine she is. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about the people sitting across from her. That kind of professionalism isn’t something you can fake. It was also obvious that she leads by example. The team around her reflected the same welcoming and helpful attitude, which says a lot. I don’t write reviews often, but when someone really stands out, it deserves to be acknowledged. Julie absolutely does.”

“When CHASE BANK failed me, City National Bank of Florida and more specifically HELEN AND SHERIE saved me. While millions are waiting for help, I'm counting my blessings (and payroll) for finding City National Bank!!!!The drive thru is designed to be less personal and at this point I think its the best option so I don't mind. Sherie (sp?) will pop up on the screen and give you a smile to let you know you are a person and not just a number so there is still a personal interaction. THANK YOU CITY NATIONAL BANK of FLORIDA!!!!!!!!!”
