“** Update: after my account issues were noticed & I was told “sorry about my luck” by two individuals that I now know were from a call center and not from the Winterpark & Altamonte locations. I personally went to Fairwinds in Winter Park to speak with a manager. Myra, listened and took immediate action into resolving my issues! As I was googling the Winterpark location and calling the number given on google which is not actually the bank phone number but directs you to a Fairwinds call center. Myra has stayed in constant communications with me since the first day I sat down with her. She not only resolved my issue but exceeded my expectations when it comes to the expectations I have for Fairwinds. I appreciate the loyalty as I have been a loyal Fairwinds member for many years & look forward to continuing banking with them.
I’ve been with them for years and the last few months they have been messing with me, harassing me via automated emails and now shorting me $$$. Unbelievable and so unprofessional. I’ll be looking for a new bank to move to because of these two issues.”

“I’ve dealt with a lot of banks over the years, and I can honestly say the service I received from Julie Cezar Washington was on another level.
She was patient, clear, and incredibly thorough without ever making the conversation feel overwhelming. Every question I had was answered in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or like I was just another appointment on the schedule.
What really stood out to me was how genuine she is. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about the people sitting across from her. That kind of professionalism isn’t something you can fake.
It was also obvious that she leads by example. The team around her reflected the same welcoming and helpful attitude, which says a lot. I don’t write reviews often, but when someone really stands out, it deserves to be acknowledged. Julie absolutely does.”
