She was patient, clear, and incredibly thorough without ever making the conversation feel overwhelming. Every question I had was answered in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or like I was just another appointment on the schedule.

However, I wish the exchange rate had been explained more clearly to me before completing the transaction. I was not advised about the rate, and only afterward I realized it was quite high. As a result, I ended up overpaying by about $150.
Overall, the service was good, but I would appreciate more transparency and guidance regarding exchange rates in the future.”
