“** Update: after my account issues were noticed & I was told “sorry about my luck” by two individuals that I now know were from a call center and not from the Winterpark & Altamonte locations. I personally went to Fairwinds in Winter Park to speak with a manager. Myra, listened and took immediate action into resolving my issues! As I was googling the Winterpark location and calling the number given on google which is not actually the bank phone number but directs you to a Fairwinds call center. Myra has stayed in constant communications with me since the first day I sat down with her. She not only resolved my issue but exceeded my expectations when it comes to the expectations I have for Fairwinds. I appreciate the loyalty as I have been a loyal Fairwinds member for many years & look forward to continuing banking with them.
I’ve been with them for years and the last few months they have been messing with me, harassing me via automated emails and now shorting me $$$. Unbelievable and so unprofessional. I’ll be looking for a new bank to move to because of these two issues.”

“My wife and I were visiting Orlando, our lovely previous hometown, from Houston Texas after 5 years from Wed Oct 2 to Tuesday Oct 8 and needed to take care of some financial matters in this location.
I am giving 5 stars to Janice Ramirez the Financial Center Manager of this Goldenrod location for going always the extra mile to give us VIP assistance the three days we had to go to this location to resolve these matters as it required somebody to come last Tuesday to open a safety box we had there .
Janice was very professional, friendly, efficient, effective, receptive always to our needs, and muti-task at the same time taking care of the front desk with 7 -8 people waiting in line.
Thank you so much Janice for always finding a solution for us with the best professional attitude every time we were there and you deserve to be promoted to Branch Manager with Bank of America in the near future.
I am also giving a 5 stars to Connie Lee the Relationship Banker of this location for giving us the best professional assistance all the time with our safety box situation with a nice smile always on her face and willing to give us VIP assistance at the same time.
Finally, I will also give 5 stars to Alex Caceres the Branch Manager of this location for giving us VIP assistance at the end in his office.
