  The service is so absolutely horrible, it almost seems like a joke. We have been out of service for over a week. We have set 2 appointments and no one shows up. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.

  This company is the worst. They could care less about customer service or their customers. They provide no communication and were a disorganized mess from the start. Worst mistake we could have made was to switch out telecommunication services over to them. A complete nightmare in all aspects. If I could have given no stars... read full comment
