I was calling to see if an item was in stock, that was not available at 2 other locations. He said he’d have it waiting for me. Literally did. “I was at this Ace great service kind employees. I ask that you change your policy on non service dogs being allowed inside the business. I was in there this morning and a guy had hid small "shitzu" unleashed walking through the business. As I was walking to the register the "shitzu", fit its name and dropped some turds near the grills. Not thinking there would be turds in Ace or irresponsible dog owners that would not pick up after their dog. I stepped in it. Staff was alerted and the dog owner said he would pick it up. All good in the end but please change your policy on non service dogs being allowed in business.”
