“I just had the best experience while trying to trace a registered letter. I live in Indialantic and originally had dealt with that post office. I called the Eau Gallie office and spoke to Felix. He was attentive and responsive. He patiently listened to the problem. He then explained how he was going to locate my letter, and in a couple of hours I had the letter in my hands. Felix is definitely an asset to this Postal Office. He was such a breath of fresh air and a joy to deal with!!”
“They've always been courteous and professional. I did show up once during their lunch break, when they close. That was my fault, not theirs. I noted their hours for future reference and now plan my visit accordingly. This is a very small town post office with a very small staff. That means they have to close so they can take their own lunch breaks. I appreciate their efficiency in getting everyone served.”
“This post office is great, employees are very friendly, but an hour and a half lunch…?? Not sure I get that especially since the website says an hour… They close from 1130 to 1 o’clock .. I know everybody has to eat, but around the holidays maybe they should not all go together and close the whole post office, just a suggestion...”

“Every time I go in there to mail a package the staff is friendly and the line moves fairly quickly. I appreciate this so much because I tried using the post office closest to my house and the staff there always seems annoyed and they are not friendly at all.

“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”

“Hours are narrow, but that is to be expected as I don't think there are any people who work here who are paid to be customer-facing, this is a distribution center. However, every time I have gone in for help, they have been very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Alberto. Since they all work doing the distribution and delivery themselves, they know how everything works and can help you figure out what issues you are having.”
