“Reviews for this PO seem all over the place, but my experience today was very positive, and the lady who assisted me went above and beyond.I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, but my lawyer called when we were almost done & I had to answer. This clerk was kind, respectful, and even went to the trouble to grab some bubble wrap type material to place my small item in, inside the small priority mail box I chose.The other clerk, a man, was also kind and respectful as I listened to him interact with his customers.Idk how many employees this location has, or how many different clerks work the front desk. However,my experience here today was much better than I expected based solely on reviews.I'd use this location again, if necessary. It's not close to my home, but it was convenient from work.Thank you to the very nice and helpful lady who helped me protect my item inside the package!”

“I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”

“Very convenient to use the self-service kiosk. Even after the working hours. The foyer is open, so you can drop off your prepaid package at any time and get a receipt with the tracking number on it as well. No line, no wasted time, no problem.”

“Hours are narrow, but that is to be expected as I don't think there are any people who work here who are paid to be customer-facing, this is a distribution center. However, every time I have gone in for help, they have been very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Alberto. Since they all work doing the distribution and delivery themselves, they know how everything works and can help you figure out what issues you are having.”

“I've visited this post office location serval times over the past 3 years. I've been impressed with the professionalism of the staff, helpfulness and efficiency. Even though I drive farther than the local location, it is always worth the extra drive for the service and professional environment.”
