Gary was so nice the way he spoke and explained things. They found the problem and had it fixed within 24 hours. Fixed, fixed. Like, the problem is actually gone.. upon pickup they were again so kind to my son and I. I obviously never want car issues, but I’ll be happy to bring our vehicles here for everything here on out.

I thought I had written a review prior, but I needed to come on here and say p&m has integrity. I have been here before as my significant other and their family recommended.. As someone who has no idea about cars, it’s intimidating going to a mechanic. Always scared if they are being honest and P&M has been nothing but more than honest and helpful. From fitting me in when they are booked, so they can at least look at it so I can have an answer. They go above and beyond. If I ever move out of the Brandon area, I will still call p&m first!”

“My serpentine belt on my 2006 Ford Mustang was starting to wear and I needed a new one to replace the old one so I decided to come here. I regularly drop off Amazon packages at this auto repair shop for my job. I came in and told Stan behind the front counter what my issue was. He immediately took good care of me right from the very get go. Thought it was going to be a much longer repair but it turned out to be very fast. I brought my car in and was out in about an hour. My mechanic Chris replaced my serpentine belt and the harmonic balancer. I received a discount on the labor for the serpentine belt as well. I will definitely be coming back here again if I need service or repairs done on my vehicle! Thank you Stan and Chris for your exceptional customer service!! :)”

“I have been coming to Bennett's Auto Care for several years and I have always been very happy with the work that was performed! I reached out and spoke to Scott, after a hot grueling weekend with no A/C in the vehicle, hoping to get on their schedule so the issue could be repaired. Scott mentioned they were extremely busy but they would do their best to diagnose the issue so we could try and get it repaired before an upcoming trip. I was extremely pleased when I got the message that the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up the same day in which I dropped it off. Both Scott and Matt are truly a blessing and I would like to them to know how much I respect and appreciate what they do for me and others--thank you so much!”

Replace transmission, transforms, sensor, and oil change are a few of the services I received from Cottman. I remember calling Don after my car would not start, and he sent a very reliable mechanic to come and get it working. That same mechanic has also driven me home afterhours.
Don never forgets to call me the day after, even on the weekend when closed, to check on me and my car. All that sounds like family or close friendship. I have never been treated like VIP by a car repair shop before! I trust Don and Cottman Transmission.”

The whole staff was wonderful knowledgeable and I didn’t have to wait very long at all to get my car serviced and they are actually one of the only places that do the transmission fluid exchange. The dealer wanted to charge me $398 just to look at my car not even to do the job And I only paid 230 at Jiffy Lube and everything was done completely and professionally. I will definitely be back..
I recommend anybody that has a NO DIPSTICK (seal transmission) to go to Jiffy Lube the one in Brandon on Brandon Boulevard and get their transmission fluid exchange done there.”
