They've been friendly, informative, helpful, and easy-going. I leave smiling! I went in yesterday, and the associate Michael not only helped me with a new phone and some accessories, but helped me put my bike chain back on as it had fallen off a couple of blocks beforehand. No other customers were there so he fixed the issue right in front to keep an eye out for anybody coming in. Thankfully because of his help, I arrived to work on time. He saved the day!
