I received exceptional customer service from Mark today - I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I picked up my car from a different location, and returned it here today. The other location made an error on my rental agreement, and had me set to pay quadruple the amount agreed upon at the counter. I called the customer service line, and they said it was best to wait and deal with it at drop off which made me nervous. Mark fixed the issue right away, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I was worried the situation was going to be a huge headache, but Mark took care of it like it was nothing. Super appreciative for the help today - will definitely be doing business with Mark and this location in the future.

We are on vacation from the UK and Just wanted to say a sincere and massive thank you to Mark at the hertz desk @JW Marriott, he was excellent every step of the way and helped make our sons dreams come true by getting us into his favorite USA sports car.a GT Shelby mustang for our Orlando road trip.Mark we can’t thank you enough.

I can see why Hertz is perpetually in bankruptcy. I get it - I rented from a Marriot. They don't have a lot of inventory. I'm pretty reasonable but I rented a compact car or whatever they call it. If you let customers reserve this class of car you better have it and not pretend that the "free upgrade" is always appreciated. All I got was a much higher gas bill from a much bigger car that I needed as much as a fish needs a bicycle. I was even willing to exchange the car at another location but the many people I spoke to at several Hertz locations made no effort to help with that. I was asked to fill out a survey when my rental was completed. I was contacted by someone from Hertz who just made excuses. I don't need excuses. I don't need my valid issued marginalized any more than I need my time wasted. Hertz - never again.

Hertz is falling apart and customer service gets an F minus. Got the whole rental mixed up then tried to blame it on me the customer and charge more. Someone needs to reorganize this company and use more American staffing on the help line. I had to literally spell my email address to them 4 x before they understood and still got it wrong. Very frustrating as a customer. Going back to Enterprise with my business.

Great and convenient. Needed to make a day trip and this was a perfect solution. Mark was awesome. Even with this place at max capacity they had a vehicle to reserve day-of. Only a matter of minutes to get the rental agreement printed out and was ready to go. Had a Nissan something or other at the mid-sized price. Tip: if you're taking the car for only a day, you can drop off after hours without having to pay for parking.
