“We had an excellent experience switching from Verizon to T-Mobile, thanks to the outstanding team at this store. Justin was our primary associate and was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain our options clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and manageable. Booz, the manager, also stepped in to help with the overall process and ensured everything was handled correctly from start to finish. His support and oversight gave us real confidence that we were making the right move. Between Justin’s hands-on help and Booz’s leadership, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend this store and this team if you’re considering making a switch.”
