I have a Galaxy A42 that I brought in that needed a screen replacement, this phone is an older model but because I have gotten this phone as a gift and it was a upgrade from my S9 that had a battery that was dying quicky, so the A42 I love it and I decided to keep it instead of getting the latest phone, I came in and the first person I greet is David and then Nong. Let me tell you... they are AMAZING people that have AMAZING customer service and are as friendly as a mom and pop shop, they took my phone, told me the price of $179.99 which is just amazing and I was able to get it fixed in about 2 hours. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process because they told me that they go through a full incoming and outgoing quality test, and also everyoje reading this, this is a Samsung certified place that uses genuine OEM parts so I know I got my A42 fixed with a proper original manufacturer screen. David and Nong are THE BEST people around in the business and anyone that needs their phone fixed even just a iPhone repair needs to come here. Just last week i took them my Dell touchscreen laptop because it was so slow i couldn't even use anymore because of how slow it was. I brought it in a Thursday and it was ready by the next day Friday. They explained to me in detail what the problem was over the phone after i had dropped it off and told me how much it would be. They FIXED my slow computer and im so happy because its now working like a BRAND NEW COMPUTER SO FAST!!! I will definitely keep coming back to you guys!!
