“My camera stopped working on my IPhone 13 so I figured I would drive to the Apple repair shop only to find that they were just too busy to take a walk in… so I scheduled an appointment for the next day (today, Friday the 13th. I’m not superstitious but I didn’t want to drive all the way back up to Apple Store just to have them tell me that I needed a new camera. A friend recommended I go to the brand new Techy store inside of Walmart on East Trail since I lived down here I figured why not. I’m so glad I did! The young man in the photograph is named Jesus literally JESUS…he is not Spanish so it’s not pronounced “Hey-sues “. He said the cost for a new backside camera would be $159 BUT he could open the back and see if the cables needed cleaning and re-seated for $20 and said it’s worth a try and if it worked great and if not he would apply the $20 towards the $159. And guess what what happened? No GUESS! lol. ?. It was supposed to be an unlucky day and “JESUS HEALED MY PHONE” for $20 vs having to shell out $159! Very fair and honest phone service and repair shop…and THANK YOU JESUS!”

“Having been a 20 year loyal customer of Verizon, it took a lot of convincing to switch to T-Mobile. The decision was made easier by the staff and their exemplary customer service at the Coastland Center. The manager, A.J. leads by example. Each time I have gone in, he is on the floor, with the rest of his team assisting customers with his pleasant can-do attitude. For those who would like a true concierge experience, one only needs to work with an associate named Quashaun. Tech savvy, and very patient, he knows his products and services and will go out of his way to make sure you leave 100% satisfied. This location and its team members should be a model for corporate on how to convert and retain happy customers. Kudos to you guys!!!”

“Thank you to the manager, Tyree, for making me feel like a valued customer. Even though my issue was minor, he took the time to listen and help me. Unfortunately, my experience with Luis was the complete opposite. He rolled his eyes, walked away instead of assisting me, and seemed more interested in making a sale than providing customer service. Once he realized there wasn’t a sale to be made, he simply tapped out and handed me off to his manager. Thankfully, Tyree stepped in and turned the experience around. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help are exactly what great customer service should look like.”

Just last week i took them my Dell touchscreen laptop because it was so slow i couldn't even use anymore because of how slow it was.
