“My camera stopped working on my IPhone 13 so I figured I would drive to the Apple repair shop only to find that they were just too busy to take a walk in… so I scheduled an appointment for the next day (today, Friday the 13th. I’m not superstitious but I didn’t want to drive all the way back up to Apple Store just to have them tell me that I needed a new camera. A friend recommended I go to the brand new Techy store inside of Walmart on East Trail since I lived down here I figured why not. I’m so glad I did! The young man in the photograph is named Jesus literally JESUS…he is not Spanish so it’s not pronounced “Hey-sues “. He said the cost for a new backside camera would be $159 BUT he could open the back and see if the cables needed cleaning and re-seated for $20 and said it’s worth a try and if it worked great and if not he would apply the $20 towards the $159. And guess what what happened? No GUESS! lol. ?. It was supposed to be an unlucky day and “JESUS HEALED MY PHONE” for $20 vs having to shell out $159! Very fair and honest phone service and repair shop…and THANK YOU JESUS!”

While we were talking, a few other customers came in. I encouraged him to assist them first, and I was thoroughly impressed watching him work—his professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly demeanor were outstanding. He made two great sales right in front of me, and it was clear the other customers appreciated his help just as much as I did.
Rodney then returned to assist me with my older Motorola G Stylus. I thought it was a battery issue, but he explained clearly and kindly that it was likely just a charging cord problem. He recommended a USB-C cord, noting that it was faster and more reliable. As it turns out, I had also been looking into lighting options for under my counter that required the same C-type setup—what a helpful coincidence!
We had a great conversation, and I left feeling both informed and valued as a customer. Rodney went above and beyond, and I will absolutely be back to see him again. He is a true asset to your team!”

“I had a pretty rough onboarding experience with T-Mobile, and honestly, I almost walked away with a very negative impression. There were issues with pricing discrepancies, setup challenges, and a lack of support during activation that left me without a working phone at a critical moment. It was frustrating, to say the least.
