“Amazing experience. My daughter and I have been looking for ferret to join our family. We visited several locations in the area, including this one several times. Everytime we came in the the employees were amazing and interacting with the aminals. We knew they were loved! It was a big purchase and could not be happier with our new baby and the great team at pet supermarket that took care of him everyday.”

“Gunner, our Boxer, recently went to Critter Cafe on Marco Island for the first time. He was there for daycare and had a fantastic time. We were worried because Gunner has numerous stitches from a recent leg surgery and we cautioned Nancy and her great staff (Sean & Jose) that he will need extra supervision so he leaves the stitches alone. All three went above & beyond, sitting and cuddling with Gunner and at pick up told us he was a perfect guest! We could tell every staff member and owner Nancy really love animals and especially our Gunner!”
