“Service far beyond expectations. When my pet food order was not delivered as expected, I made a phone call to get an update to my order. Based on past experience with many companies, my expectations were very low. At best I normally get a “sincere “ apology with zero results. To the contrary, I received an apology and a personal delivery by the store manager, Chip, at 9pm! Well beyond his duties. I am truly grateful as I was now out of pet food and since I worked the entire next day, I was unable to get food to my dog for another 24 hours. This level of service is never expected, but when received makes a lasting impression. Thank you, Chip.”
“There is absolutely NO better place in all of Naples to groom your dogs. Not only is this salon organized and on time and responsible for appointments but they are ver aware of all aspects of dog care and possible issues that might arise… confidentially bringing these to owners’ attention. My dogs are superbly groomed to perfection, but issues are brought to my attention. While I might chose a groomer closer to my home, I would NEVER change . The owners are great in all aspects and they are kind and I’m comfortable leaving my beloved dogs with them !! Excellent…. All the way around!!”

“Never been the this store but when I called with questions about vaccines for my kitten Ariana was super helpful. Gave me pricing for individual rounds of vaccinations as well as bundle prices! I called Gulf Coast right before initiating calling Naples and I had no help whatsoever instead, the girl had told me to Google the phone number because even that she couldn’t provide me. She knew nothing. Thanks a million to Ariana who had all the answers!!! You’re a rock star & definitely someone I would trust with my kitten. ??”

“Our first time in Hollywood Feed, I knew we’d be back again soon. We went the weekend before Halloween and everyone was in costume - they were doing a giveaway, too! We wandered for a while looking for toys our pit bull puppy wouldn’t go through in a second. A few minutes into browsing “Marge” asked if she could help and stayed with us as she gave recommendation after recommendation (she has a pibble herself). Staff was really welcoming, other pet owners in store were kind, and we got to pet not one but two puppies who were also shopping. A+ - will return soon!”
