“Gunner, our Boxer, recently went to Critter Cafe on Marco Island for the first time. He was there for daycare and had a fantastic time. We were worried because Gunner has numerous stitches from a recent leg surgery and we cautioned Nancy and her great staff (Sean & Jose) that he will need extra supervision so he leaves the stitches alone. All three went above & beyond, sitting and cuddling with Gunner and at pick up told us he was a perfect guest! We could tell every staff member and owner Nancy really love animals and especially our Gunner!”

“Amazing experience. My daughter and I have been looking for ferret to join our family. We visited several locations in the area, including this one several times. Everytime we came in the the employees were amazing and interacting with the aminals. We knew they were loved! It was a big purchase and could not be happier with our new baby and the great team at pet supermarket that took care of him everyday.”

“Service far beyond expectations. When my pet food order was not delivered as expected, I made a phone call to get an update to my order. Based on past experience with many companies, my expectations were very low. At best I normally get a “sincere “ apology with zero results. To the contrary, I received an apology and a personal delivery by the store manager, Chip, at 9pm! Well beyond his duties. I am truly grateful as I was now out of pet food and since I worked the entire next day, I was unable to get food to my dog for another 24 hours. This level of service is never expected, but when received makes a lasting impression. Thank you, Chip.”

“I wasn't sure at first cuause when I first walked in there there was two ladies sitting down and just on their phones first visit wasn't good came back one of the busy bathers that was the only one working stopped what she was doing to take the time to help me and I'm just grateful that's why I gave a 4-star review I'm not sure her name I think it's Kimberly Kimber but thank you for taking the time when other people didnt!! thank you”
