“What an upgrade from the previous management! Logan the manager is so easy to deal with and even offered to help me load an item from my unit when I needed. Great guy and very helpful. Management was super accommodating when I needed an extra space for a trailer. Unlike the previous management they allowed me to pick my parking spot that best fit my needs and even walked the property with me. I’ve had multiple units with other companies and Storage Star is by far the best storage company I’ve dealt with. 10/10 recommend!”

“We are very happy with our experience at Marco Self Storage. From my first contact, Maya was friendly, helpful and professional. She followed up with a phone call (so rare in this age of text and email!) on the day before our check-in to make sure we had the gate code and were clear on the instructions. In addition to excellent service the facility was just as described: secure, and in a very convenient location. Highly recommend.”
