Charley is always nice and friendly. My only complaint is they don't open at 6:30 AM. This way I can get my supplies before work like I used to.

I have fought with Walgreens for over a year to have ALL my prescriptions to be refilled at this location. Previously i have used other walgreen locations but have moved here on the island and wanted them all to be filled here. I have gone to the other stores to make sure no more prescriptions would be filled there but here at this location. I was informed THREE seperate times that they have all been switched to this location only to fine out when i went to pick them up they were still at another location. I have even had Walgreens call me and have me set up automatic refills at this location and i specifically told them on the phone to make sure all were refilled here. I again went this week to pickup my refill only to find out that some were still at another location. NEEDLESS to say i had been brought to my boiling point. I walked out and as i walked away, they said to you want this prescription we have ready? I didn’t even turn around and said NOPE! And i kept walking. I have now moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will hopefully not have to deal with this aggravation again!

Blatantly lied to by pharmacy.
Was told on a called in prescription "This will be filled in Orlando and ready tomorrow" it wasn't ready 2nd day... Then I was told "Oh it will be available the following day, again" 2 days since being called in... Then they offered to refill it as I'm standing there saying this is unacceptable.
I won't set foot in another Walgreens.

This is my favorite Walgreens and my local Walgreens. Charlie and Shelly up front are super friendly and always helpful. Paul and Luann in the Pharmacy are very nice. The Lab is efficient. However, I scheduled an appointment online for my vaccines in the evening having been told in the past that it would be easiest on the staff at the pharmacy at that time when things are quieter. When I arrived I was told by the lady behind the counter that they were far too busy and it was best to come around 9am and 5PM and just walk in - no appointment necessary. I had done that in past years before appointments could be made online and it was always a hassle for the pharmacist to drop everything to give me the injection. This evening, all customers had been to helped and there were no other customers at the pharmacy at my appointment time. I can understand that there is a lot of work going on behind the scenes. What I don’t understand why they have appointments that can be scheduled online in the evenings. I decided to make my appointments for vaccines at CVS where they are better staffed. I do feel badly for the pharmacy here at Walgreens because they are often understaffed.

I went to this Walgreens to get a passport photo on a USB port stick to apply for an Irish passport. The first try a nice young man helped me. I went to upload my photo on Ireland's passport web site and was told "Your photo has failed to meet the required standards.". So I went back the next day. A store manager helped me this time. What I noticed is that on the computer when selecting a country for the passport, Ireland was not an option. She tweaked my photo and gave me a new USB stick. I tied to upload this image again and received the same message stating my photo was a fail. So I had to go back to Walgreens today, for the 3rd time. Upon entering the store I asked the cashier for help in the photo department. It took at least 10 minutes for somebody to show up. I think 2 people were working this entire store. This woman today to was of zero help. She knew nothing about passport photos. I demanded my $25 back & went to CVS. CVS had the option "Ireland " for the passport photo!!!! Bottom line, if you need a photo for an Irish passport go to CVS.

The worst service that ever received in my life from the Farmacy team. They told me that they had sent my baby's antibiotic prescription to cvs and it was not true. the pharmacist is a lousy professional.

This place is understaffed and the staff it does have is rude and clueless. Drive through window not working. Been that way for 7-10 days. Make you go inside to pick up your order. Very hard for me to walk with cane and get around. 8 people in line with one very confused, rude Walgreens person "helping" Asked about the window. She said have no idea, waiting for parts! Sure makes me want to try a new pharmacy!

Called on 1/5/23 for a prescription refill . The pharmacist was extremely rude. He said they were too busy too get to it today and hung up on me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. There is one elderly man that is a cashier that is so sweet. But the guy working across from him today should not be working with people. It is Christmas Eve and a sweet man came in trying to purchase a few items. His cards weren't working with the machine and the cashier was yelling at him and saying "oh my god" and aggressively jamming his card in the machine when he couldn't get it to work. Then, when he left (he wasn't even able to purchase the items because the cashier was absolutely no help besides stressing the man out and yelling at him) he called him a "freaking idiot" as he walked out the door empty handed. Despicable behavior. As the cashier your job is to assist the customer not be terrible to them. Never seen anything like this. It's Christmas Eve, be better.

The cashier there are so rude. The older lady at the front completely rolled her eyes at me and had such an attitude. Next time I will ask to speak to a manger. She was highly unprofessional
