“This is one of the most attentive, experienced, and helpful bike shops I’ve ever been to. I ride an old-school Torelli steel-frame road bike with Campy brakes and gears, and after thousands of miles, the gear shifter finally gummed up. I brought it to another shop first and was told, “Too old, no can do.”
I left it at Tune Cycles, and by the next day the gearing was fixed—smooth as ever. I came back a second time when my braking system vibrated loose and failed mid-ride. Tune Cycles jumped right on it and had me safely back on the road the same day.
I don’t know if that kind of quick turnaround is their motto, but I was lucky enough to walk in when they had time—and what impressed me most wasn’t just the expertise, but the spirit that permeates the whole shop.
If you’ve got a modern machine or a classic frame, I can’t recommend Tune Cycles highly enough. They know their craft, they care, and they deliver.”

Went in looking for a particular bike and had some questions, they answered them quickly and efficiently and I felt good about my decision on the bike I went with. “I own two Enzo electric bikes, excellent bikes. I ride them on a daily basis so after 6 years they are in need of a tune up and new brakes. I call local bike shops and they are not familiar with the bike. I google Enzo bike repair and call to make an appointment. They tell me no need just come in. Next morning I arrive around 10:30 am. I’m helped immediately, they help me unload the bikes from my truck and start the diagnostics on each bike. The level of customer service was outstanding. I thought I would drop them off and see when they would get a chance to service them. I mentioned that I came from Vero beach to Pompano beach because it was the only shop that was familiar with Italian made Enzo’s. He fixed the bikes while I waited. I was on my way home by 11:40. They had the replacement parts in Stock!! Pricing was very reasonable. I felt very special they treated me so kindly but then I noticed all others where treated just as nice. This is a great bike shop, level of customer service is above any I’ve ever felt with. Highly recommendThank you for your kindness and fabulous customer service.”
“Stradalli is hands down the fastest bike I’ve ever owned. Super solid build (for carbon) and the design really stands out on the road. Since the move to Central Indiana in 2025, the new owners have been great—super quick to help me out when I needed a spare part. Also, their eBay store has some sweet deals if you’re hunting for upgrades. Stradalli is a true carbon fiber machine that wins races!”
