“I have been to this store numerous times and have always had a pleasant experience. However during my time at this store last week was a great one due to your employee Bobby. The customer service that I received from Bobby was above and beyond. He is such a gem and a great asset to your company.

I went back on Thursday January 16 to make a purchase for my husband and saw a sign on the door that exchanges nor refunds can be made due to issues with their system. I found something that my husband could possibly wear but didn’t want to buy just in case he couldn’t fit it. There was a gentleman on the floor who said that he could hold it for me until the following day and I had declined. But about 15 minutes later I decided that I needed for the items to be held until the following day just to be sure that he could wear it. Mind you there was a sign on the door stating that returns nor exchanges could be made due to system issues. I went to the front and was told no, so of course I left the clothing there. Wasn’t happy and will not be back there to shop. Thank goodness I didn’t buy the clothing because they would have been too big for him. He is a 5x in shirts and a 42 in pants. I had picked up a 44. Times are too hard right now to waste any money. Truly disappointing to have had that experience. Wound up purchasing from amazon instead.”

“Owner is very attentive. I was looking for a cowboy hat for my son and they didn't have much for a little boy but they do have many for men. FYI We traveled a hr away and found a sign that said out for lunch will return in an hour could use some updating cause it doesn't give a time we had to wait around and hoped they would return soon other than that its a nice store to visit.”

“The little lady goes crazy here, you never know what treasures you'll find for cut rate prices. I have to avoid going by sometimes or she'll want to stop there every time.”

“This store is true to their name. I always consider myself lucky when I come here because I find some great grabs. I needed dress shoes for my son, and could not find a good quality inexpensive pair anywhere. This store had a whole rack of his size and good quality and great price. I also found some Sriracha socks for $.49 lol. They could really use more cashiers. Every time I visit, there is a line and only one cashier. I'd recommend this place if you're on a budget and already know what you're looking for.”
