“This store is true to their name. I always consider myself lucky when I come here because I find some great grabs. I needed dress shoes for my son, and could not find a good quality inexpensive pair anywhere. This store had a whole rack of his size and good quality and great price. I also found some Sriracha socks for $.49 lol. They could really use more cashiers. Every time I visit, there is a line and only one cashier. I'd recommend this place if you're on a budget and already know what you're looking for.”
“Outstanding countertop installation from start to finish. The craftsmanship is excellent—clean, precise cuts, perfectly polished edges, and a flawless sink cutout that sits exactly as it should. The seams are minimal and well-matched, and the stone was handled and installed with obvious care and experience.
Nelson and his helper were professional, punctual, and detail-oriented, taking the time to make sure everything was level, secure, and finished properly. The end result completely transformed the space and exceeded my expectations. “I went into Ethan Allan in Fort Lauderdale and Marc Pepper pulled together everything I needed to furnish my renovated New York City apartment living room/dining area within my 2 day visit. We discussed my wall and floor colors and he looked at the measurements of my space. We picked pieces I liked and the next day I came back after he pulled ideas for fabrics. He helped me be realistic about space management and picked pieces that would allow a nice flow in the room. I purchased a sectional, large ottoman, swivel chair, an area rug, side tables, lamp, dining table and chairs, a sideboard, a chandelier, and an entertainment unit. He gave me a delivery schedule and followed through to make sure things went smoothly and addressed all of my questions. And the warehouse delivery people were efficient and accommodating for my deliveries. I couldn’t be happier with my space.”
“Kim provided me with detailed information on replacing the proprietary integrated LED module in her Minka-Aire F844-WH fan. I said it seemed odd that a $300 fan would need a $125 replacement. I was not happy.
In effort to assist further Kim suggested another option could be to use a universal LED retrofit kit or searching for a compatible third-party module using part number 6F844LK01.
Kim asked me to verify the fan's receiver she wanted to assure we were on the same model.
She then offered to help me find a specific universal kit online that matches the required dimensions and specifications.

“We got impact windows so it was time for new blinds. Stuart is infinitely patient and kind and gives top notch customer service. When our windows company unexpectedly called and said they did the install wrong and would have to return and redo the living room windows, Stuart graciously came out and removed our blinds to prevent damage. Unbelievably, it happened a second time (choose your impact window company very carefully, lesson learned), and Stuart came out again to remove the blinds. When the dimensions of one of the openings changed, Stuart trimmed the blind at his shop and rehung it quickly. I'm sure he is glad to be rid of us, but we are eager to recommend him to anyone who needs quality blinds and wants excellent customer service.”
“I took my 97-year-old mother-in-law to the “Rooms to Go” store on Glades Rd in Boca Raton, Florida. She’s moving into an assisted living facility and needed some living room and dining room furniture that would fit in her small apartment.We worked with a great sales person, Ray Matt, who was happy to spend plenty of time to make sure “mom“ got the furniture she wanted.Ray delivered one of the nicest sales experiences we’ve ever had at a retail store!Go see him!”

“Kiera, Reese and Brenda are exemplary employees. Kiera went above and beyond to help me find the right grout. She started with giving me her expertise on design and made sure I was helped in locating the right ones we picked. Her eye for design was extremely helpful. Reese was also helpful, very respectful and efficient. He located what I needed right away and knew exactly where everything was. I went in to exchange something else and he immediately, without many questions, knew exactly what I needed and got it done. Brenda also gave me some advice on another grout selection and it worked out well, without me even asking for help she offered it and was very helpful. This whole experience was absolutely amazing and not very common nowadays so it’s very much appreciated to come across people who care to do a great job.”

“I had a great experience buying a couch from Sol at Lovesac. I was initially wary of the couch-buying process because I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture a few years ago. But, once going to the Lovesac showroom and trying out the couch, I couldn’t find a couch I liked better anywhere else. The store also had great reviews regarding delivery times. The couch was more expensive than I was hoping to spend but they have deals going on very often, for instance, I got an “open quote” deal of 30% off. My couch pieces shipped and arrived to me within the 2-3 week time frame that Sol quoted me (they have a bunch of fabrics to choose from that ship within 2-3 weeks). The entire couch and covers ship in separate boxes via FedEx to your door. However, not all of the covers shipped together so I used a blanket to cover my seats so I could enjoy my couch while the rest of the covers shipped. Assembly was not too difficult. I’m a 24 year old woman and I was able to assemble my 2-seater couch with ottoman in a day. You can hire a taskrabbit to do it for you for under $100, if you don’t feel like you can do it by yourself. And my favorite part is that in the future, I can change up my couch if I decide I want a different fabric, or if I want to turn my ottoman into a 3rd seat! I would definitely recommend Lovesac to others.”

He even suggested floor model items to help save me money since I just had a baby. Within 45 minutes (yes, he stayed after closing just for me) we picked out an option and he set up timely delivery. “I was desperately searching for a copy of a book (for my kids) that has been discontinued by the publisher and sold out everywhere. I came across this shop online while searching for it and saw that they had one copy in stock. I tried to purchase the book online through their website but there was an issue/glitch where I couldn't enter my payment information, so I called the store the next day. They tracked the book down, took payment over the phone, and shipped it to me since I live out of state. I received the book in perfect condition two days later. Very grateful for the exceptional customer service and know my twins will forever appreciate having a second copy of their favorite book!”
