“Would give 5stars if it wasn’t for Debora. Every time I come here, she says “sorry we are out of stock” without checking their system when there isn’t enough of an item on the floor. Online shows there is stock available at the store and she keeps telling me that’s wrong. Which ultimately made us go to other stores and purchase elsewhere. Well this time I found someone else after she again told me they out of stock! I needed this particular piece of marble for my shower bench. Thank you so much for Fefe! She immediately looked up her inventory and found it in stock. They weren’t on the floor so she had to go to the back warehouse and locate them. She called over Leaford, and he made digging out those heavy marble slabs look like light work. I ended up purchasing that marble slab and hopefully can finish my project with you guys.”

Yes while at the park playing with my children i took off my shoes and low and behold my shoes grew feet and walked away… lol ? so i ran over to the nearest Plaza first shoe store i saw i pulled the door it was locked an i was shocked the sales associate opened the door and began to politely explain we are closed it was like 6:01 so i get it… i took at my card and pointed to the Reed colorful slipper… attempted to hand her my Cap 1 card Mc… then the Manager comes over and slams the door in my face. Man i thought the humanity has gone from…. Lucky for me ROSS dress For Less was open an every one understood and we had a good laugh in line. They even have a self checkout so i was in an out. That shoe store down on the corner underneath the Fun place for children will never even see me look in the window. Thank You Ross for always saying hi when i walk in and hiring caring Human associates.
