“My sister bought my son some Jordan’s for Xmas from the snipes online store. Unfortunately, my son needed a bigger size. We called the Snipes at Broward Mall and asked if we could exchange them. They said no bc it was over 30 days. The shoes were bought on 11/25 and given as a xmas gift. We asked if there could be an extension since it was a xmas gift and she told us that no, the policy is very strict. We wanted to exchange on 12/27. But they did say the size we needed was in stock.
We called the Snipes in Margate and they said that they had the size and would exchange. So we drove to Margate, which is further for us than the Broward Mall. They didn’t have the size we needed although the computer said that the size was in the store. The Snipes employee suggested that she could have the size we needed shipped to our house! So happy that Ruth made the suggestion and was able to take care of everything so pleasantly. Her coworker (I didn’t catch his name) was also very nice with suggesting a comparable shoe and having us try on the size we need.
Snipes should definitely relax their policy for returns/exchanges around the holidays.”
