“Mark in plumbing was exceptional. I've worked in customer service for many years and was really impressed with Mark's knowledge, his desire to answer all of my questions and his patience in not rushing my decisions to buy. He wasn't pushy and I really appreciate that. He is a hidden gem at this location and I go out of my way to find him every time that I visit this location. Whatever you are paying Mark, he needs a raise and a promotion. Mark is a real asset to Lowes Corporation.”
