Watched driver from my apartment, 6 floor. Driver made no attempt to deliver and claim unable to deliver, nobody home. Lazy and dishonest driver. People like this give the company they work for a bad reputation.

I’m currently outside of this fed-ex home delivery station.11801 NW 101 st RD, Miami Fl 33178.My package was scheduled for delivery October 2, 2023. During all three delivery attempts made I was not at home.However, I’ve been in contact with the shipper all week I requested that the package be held at a location where I could pick it up due to My work schedule. On Saturday October 7, 2023. I was told that the package was ready for pick up at a FedEx store. I arrive at the store after 9:30 AM. I was informed that the package was not there. Monday, October 9, 2023. I called the shipper they gave me the location and told me that this is where the package was. When I arrived in the location, I spoke to the security through the speaker box. They were very helpful. The lady who actually came out to help Me informed Me that the package was labeled as damaged and someone was supposed to inspect it. I explain to the lady that I already expected this package to be stolen by them. nothing that I was being told made sense. She eventually brought the package out to me and I opened it in front of her and examined all the contents. Everything was 100% fine. I attached a photograph of the actual box after I personally opened it in front of the Fed-Ex employee in the lobby. Whoever was responsible for the handling and delivery of this tracking number ( 784423954524 ) is a complete scum bag and you tried it.

My opinion FedEx are the best shipping company operating in USA. Always the best website, best tracking, best app, best innovation. Best than USPS and light-years ahead UPS. But my last shipment from NY last 18 days. And I only got the box because I go to FedEx warehouse to pickup the package

Very bad service I did not ask for their service, it was Amazon who sent it. You have been waiting for an order for days and they always come during work hours or very early in the morning or at noon, obviously at that time there is never anyone at home

DRIVERS ARE LAZY IF THEY DONT FEEL LIKE CARRYING THE PACKAGE UP TO THE DOOR THEY WILL SIT IN THE TRUCK AND MARK AS ATTEMPTED DELIVERY WHEN THEY DID NOT! PLEASE TEACH YOUR DRIVERS TO DO THEIR JOB. HOW CAN FED EX ALLOW PEOPLE TO WORK IN THEIR COMPANY IF THEY LIE. FED EX HAS NO MORALS NOR VALUES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. MANAGERS LIED ALL DAY AND SAID MY PACKAGE WAS OUT ON THE TRUCK BEING DELIVERED. I NEVER RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY. SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE ONLY THERE FROM 8Am to 5PM TO LIE & GET PAID. LOOK AT ALL OF THESE BAD REVIEWS THE CEO/ CORPORATE HAS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. COMPANIES CANNOT TRUST THIS FED EX LOCATION TO DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO. The driver dropped my package to someone else’s home. The company is not assisting and will not take action. The driver and supervisor should be fired. The open packages and steal the goods.

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! FEDEX DRIVERS NEVER DELIVER OR MAKE ANY ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER AND BLUNTLY LIE ABOUT IT!!!!! NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT USES FEDEX DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU’ll NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES. BEST CASE - THEY WONT DELIVER ANYTHING, WORST CASE - THEY’ll LOOSE IT! SHAMELESS COMPANY, LAZY AND DISHONEST DRIVERS. JUST GO BANKRUPT ALREADY!!!

This place is terrible. I moved into a new development and they are saying they are unable to deliver my package however every other delivery company (UPS, Amazon, etc.) have been able to deliver my packages. I even gave delivery instructions on how to locate my home. My package has been delayed multiple times, after not being delivered on its original delivery date. There is no telephone number to the exact FedEx location. It is so frustrating to deal with. My package will not fit in my car and they keep delaying dropping it off so the next step would be for me to pick it up which is not possible. I’ll double check before having something shipped via FedEx.
