“I had an excellent experience at Floor and Decor thanks to Jillieann and Scarlet. They were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of picking out tile and all the accessories to go with it. They took the time to understand the look I was going for, walked me through different tile options, and gave great advice on finishes, spacing, trim pieces, and all the small details that make a big difference. Their knowledge made the process much easier and far less overwhelming. Both were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choices for my project. Because of them, I feel confident in everything I selected. Highly recommend working with Jillieann and Scarlet if you are shopping at Floor and Decor. They made the experience smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.”

“We stopped at 2 other bait stores for shiners, but neither had opened yet. When we first walked through the door, I even commented, “this place doesn’t sell live bait, I can’t smell them!” But I was wrong! This is the CLEANEST bait shop I’ve ever seen! The attendant was sweeping and mopping the floors as we came in but jumped right into serving us. Not only did he collect everything we requested, he made sure everything was immediately ready to use - even putting in batteries and making sure our bubbler worked! The immaculate cleanliness and impressive service makes this a 5-star store!”

“I went to Bhoom Shanti to find an outfit for an Indian wedding I was attending. The ladies were very nice and helpful. There was one lady especially helpful (I am so sorry I forgot her name) who presented me with several options and helped me try the beautiful options on. She also knew I had a budget and still treated me like I was a treasured customer. I got a beautiful outfit. Come to Bhoom Shanti you will not be disappointed.”

“Gianny at Bass Pro is the best. I honestly thought he was a manager! You can tell he genuinely knows his stuff and every question I had, he had an answer for, and he recommended all the right accessories without making me feel like I was being upsold. I walked out feeling so good about what I spent. As a female, that meant a lot because he took his time explaining everything and never once made me feel dumb or out of place. Super patient, super respectful, and just overall great customer service. If you’re going to Bass Pro ask for Gianny…”

“I had such a great experience at The Golden Triangle in Coral Gables! The store has a unique and inviting atmosphere, with a beautiful selection of items that are both eclectic and high-quality. I came in looking for something special and left with two gorgeous perfume oils- the scents are incredible, and the price was surprisingly affordable for something so luxurious. The cashier was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s always refreshing to shop somewhere that makes you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Whether you’re gift shopping or just want to treat yourself, this place is a total treasure. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I had a wonderful experience here today getting my mother a gift all because of veronica. She worked with me through the entire process of finding my mother something and then ultimately keeping it a secret so my mother can think you picked it up as a gift from another relative. You know how moms are they don't want their sons spending our money. Anyways, this store is always on point when it comes to things my mom loves and to have somebody who's as busy as Veronica have the time and delicacy to help me look and pick out different things really makes a difference. Thank you so much and I will see you guys soon. Ps: forgive me for the picture we haven't hung it up yet because we need to find a perfect place in the house to hang it up but I wanted to show what I bought.”

“Alex and Andrea are AWESOME. They were very patient with me as I struggled to find the perfect pieces. We wound up commissioning two pieces that I absolutely love. They are perfect! We are now moving onto additional artwork for not only my primary residence, but my vacation home as well. I have complete confidence in their judgment and feel that I have been treated very fairly. I anticipate working with them for all of my art needs going forward. Love that they have relationships with so many different artists who have so many different styles.”

“I recommend Nadeau. One of the things that really sets them apart is that they stand behind their products. I recently connected with Elizabeth and Roger regarding a piece of furniture I purchased years ago that developed an issue. They went above and beyond to help me exchange it and made the entire process easy and stress free. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Elizabeth and Roger truly delivered. It is refreshing to do business with people who genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely continue shopping here and would not hesitate to recommend Nadeau to anyone looking for unique furniture backed by outstanding service.”
