I’m usually quite particular about scents, but the owner suggested a treatment/shaving for my shedding pup that I had never encountered before with other groomers. “Our experience with Royal Puppies store was truly exceptional. Nancy went above and beyond to help us find exactly the puppy we were looking for. They didn’t have him in the store at the time, but she personally took the time to search for and find our perfect match his gender, breed, color, everything was exactly as we wanted.
Thanks to her dedication, we now have the dog of our dreams ,something that felt almost impossible to find where we live. I even traveled to get him, and the entire in-store experience was just as amazing. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming.

“Fernanda is the best! My 5-year-old cockapoo, Loki, loves her and always comes home looking (and smelling!) fantastic. She’s gentle, patient, and clearly loves what she does – Loki never wants to leave! I couldn’t ask for a better groomer. Fernanda pays great attention to detail and always makes him feel comfortable. “This food gave our pup the best year of his life. He slimmed down to a healthy weight, had so much energy, and he looked forward to his meals (he was a picky eater).

“Laura is the most amazing groomer. She takes care of our puppies no matter how anxious they are. She makes them feel comfortable and when we could sneak a peak on one of our pups looked like he is enjoying a modeling career when blow dried. She has the heart of gold and does an amazing job.

“If you have a dog or a cat not sure what other animals they accept but they work wonders for my Teddy. He came in with tension in his back and they gave him acupuncture and shockwave therapy along with some supplements and he is definitely feeling better. Need to be consistent with it also.”
