No wonder they pin a review of over 3 years ago. The worst management I've seen in my life. The manager is rude and if you're taking your time she'll simply overstep to check you out. I do not recommend going if you don't speak Spanish. So sad to experience such terrible service

Terrible service, the waiting line is extremely long, always have just onePerson working at the window, management terrible, need at lot to improve and the manager need to respect the customers value now time.

Unbelievably bad. Only go here if you .enjoy being tortured. Waiting 2 hours behind three cars to pick up a prescription is beyond comprehension. Management is unconcerned and unwilling to do anything to improve the customer experience.

I NEVER leave reviews for absolutely ANYTHING. Even if I had a bad time. But this CVS was a next level of ATROCIOUS. DO NOT by any means pick up ANY sort of prescription here. There were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru line and I waited 1 HOUR AND A HALF. If I could give 0 stars I would. There was a decent line inside and they simply chose to ignore the drive through. 1.5 hours for a simple prescription is ridiculous. Then they closed at 12 am and told the people in line they had to go to the drive thru after who knows how long each of them had been there. AVOID PRESCRIPTIONS HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

CVS Pharmacy y más on 74th Street in Doral is a well managed CVS Pharmacy y más location that had everything that you need in a CVS and much more. I really like the location and how everything is organized here. I also like the music and atmosphere that they have created here. Really good place to shop.

The only reason I switched to this pharmacy is because Publix doesn't carry my medication and Walgreens is not on my insurance plan. I have tried calling the pharma:y two days in a row. Let it ring for more than 15 minutes each time and no one answers. I finally hung up and called the store to speak to a manager and it has been ringing for 8 minutes and no one has picked up. Totally unacceptable. I haven't taken my medication for 3 days because they told me it was out of stock. How long does it take to restock medication??Update: I finally got a manager on the phone and he took my name, DOB and phone number and said someone in the pharmacy would call me back in 5-10 minutes. It's been 1 hour and 15 minutes and NO CALLBACK. Where is corporate? They need to be reading these reviews!!!!

the worst pharmacy ever... had shingles on my face needed to start antibiotics asap and it took 2 days to get. they have a young man working there that does not understand the severity of meds and the customers that need it quickly. Feeling horrible had to keep calling them to get my meds... worst pharmacy i have ever worked with. The good news there are plenty of better pharmacies just as close... !!!
