“I really enjoyed my stay at the Floridana Beach Motel. I was looking for an older style Florida motel and I found it! Isa and Ernie, the owners, keep everything in perfect condition and the sheets were the softest I have ever slept on. Isa and Ernie were so nice, friendly and welcoming. I shall stay there again.”

“Our friends booked out the Windmere for us all to stay together for their wedding weekend, and it was amazing. The inn is so cute (Barbie beach house meets coastal grandma vibes) and the service was 10/10. Delicious breakfast (dietary restrictions accomodated), cozy robes, a koi pond, a saline pool, and the beach is literally steps away. It was such an easy weekend and the inn was the perfect place to all hang out between wedding events. Would definitely recommend for a girls weekend or getaway.”

“I checked into Sea Scape Motel for a mini-staycation. I loved this hidden gem. The back of the property is a gorgeous beach view, just down the wood steps to get to the water. Plus, the motel has an outdoor shower and foot spray area. It was so peaceful and quiet. No upstairs neighbors to make noise. Uda, the owner, was so kind and friendly, and she upgraded me to an apartment with its own full kitchen and dining room. I highly recommend staying here instead of the larger chain hotels in the area. The cleanliness, quietness, beach access, and staff are significantly better here at Sea Scape.”

“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Checkin was simple. We had our company Christmas party and it was so magical. Loved The Landing and patios. Great on site coffee shop and lobby had many areas to sit and take pictures. Rooms were pristine,well stocked, and so very comfortable”

“We had not traveled in awhile so we thought at first a tad pricey. Howeverafter staying here? The rooms are spacious a clean. Everything worked well. Plenty of towels. The night staff and day staff were above average. Parking spaces were spacest for Florida. The BIGGEST 5* is the breakfast. What a fabulous selection for whatever your looking for. We cruise often. This will be a regular stop.”

“A wonderful family “home away from home.” My in-laws inspired our stay, as they often come here for staycations, and I booked very last minute for a Friday evening check in and Sunday AM checkout for Memorial Day weekend getaway for my husband and me.

From check-in, the experience felt special. We were kindly upgraded for our anniversary and gifted complimentary drink cards, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable — the bed and pillows were amazing.

We really enjoyed the food and drinks throughout our stay. Room service breakfast was delicious, especially The All American, and the Ocean Grille burgers, sweet potato fries, and key lime pie were excellent. Erick at the tiki bar makes amazing piña coladas and rum buckets, and the coconut margarita was a game changer.

The pool, beach, and tiki bar made for such a relaxing weekend. We brought our own umbrella and chairs and loved how peaceful the beach became later in the day. We had a great time enjoying the pool and meeting other guests.

One memorable frustrating service interaction happened at the tiki bar on Saturday. After we sat down at the table a bartender shouted across the area while a band was playing instead of coming over to explain the ordering process, which felt unnecessary and a little off-putting. It stuck with me for a bit, and additionally it was a bit frustrating that all the shaded tables by the tiki bar were taken by people’s stuff while they went to the beach or pool, discourteous of those guests to others, thankfully the rest of the staff and service throughout the stay were wonderful.

Overall, this was a much-needed and very enjoyable getaway. The atmosphere, food, drinks, room, and anniversary kindness made it feel special. We would absolutely return.”

“We felt so at home here - it is like visiting family, every single staff member is welcoming and respectful of your time there. Summer, the manager is amazing, I never met a more personable accommodating resort manager who ensures such a smooth day to day operation, very impressive! The apartments are big and offer incredible ocean views and big balconies. They are ultra clean with literally everything you need - even laundry detergent for the washer/dryer. Im so glad we found this place - I will return with my son in April for an extended stay. Deeply grateful for this experience. A big thanks and thumbs up to the entire staff.”

“This Hilton property is just a gem. You can’t beat the location (quieter beach than up the road)! Every staff we’ve encountered has been genuinely pleasant from Monica at the front desk to Craig wandering through the pool area making sure everyone was happy, and Adam at the tiki bar.

The pool is smaller and tends to get crowded quickly. Down on the beach you can rent 2 chairs and umbrella all day for $40 (“all day” ends at 5pm). The rooms are spacious, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. However- the sliding door to the balcony almost took 2 of us to slide open. Elevators are quick!

The food stands out also- we had a burger at the tiki bar as well as coconut shrimp and both were quite tasty! By far one of the most important things for me is the coffee and I was absolutely pleased at how good it is! Pro tip: fill up a cup of coffee in the lobby before going in for breakfast- save yourself $5.

Will definitely be back in the future. One of our favorite properties.”

It was very friendly cute and clean courtyard. A comfy bed but you can hear neighbors easily. My next room guests were so loud..
I went outside for a walk and to see what is around. Just location is little bit a far from everything. You will need a car to be around.
Otherwise, it is great value for stay”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very helpful especially Selena (the assistant manager) she always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Housekeeper Antoinette was very nice and cleaned my room and left is smelling amazing. The location is great with mall stores and restaurants and movie theater that you can walk to. The rooms are big with a full kitchen as well. This is where I will stay every time I come to Melbourne!! Thank you all.”

“Was surprised how nice and convenient this Hilton is. MLB airport is just minutes away - and you arrive quickly here from your flight. MLB is not a major airport so despite proximity - this is a quiet location.

The real star here is the Hotel Shuttle that quickly gets you to and from the airport (THANKS GEORGE!!) The shuttle offers rides within a 5-mile radius of the hotel - so they can get you to downtown Melbourne for a night out - to the beach - or just over to Target for whatever you forgot to pack.

The bed mattress here is excellent as is the pillows- I slept soundly and will book here for all future trips to the area.”

“Really great stay this past week at the Radisson in Melbourne. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful, we greatly appreciated it! And while part of the hotel is under construction, it wasn't a bother to us at all. There was hardly any construction noise that I noticed, and the pool being renovated wasn't an issue as it would've been too cold to use anyway. The gym was decently equipped with cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bike) and a cable machine. The location is excellent. Easy access to the beach, which we loved. Also, right across the street from a Walmart, so we picked up groceries or whatever we needed each morning when we'd head out to grab breakfast (shout out to Corey's Bagels!). Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too. We walked everywhere! Our room was great - clean, bright, and spacious. We really appreciated having a whole separate living area and our balcony facing the beach. And to top it all off, it was VERY reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!”
