“Very happy with our 6 night stay. This is certainly a budget hotel but the rooms are a good size and decently clean, beds are comfortable, service was good, and location and access to the beach can't be beat.As others have mentioned the interior walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors if they're a bit noisy, but wasn't much of an issue for us. We appreciated the layout and quality of exterior walls and windows as we heard absolutely no outside noise.Be aware if you get a patio room that you can't actually get to the beach from the patio - I wouldn't book such a room again as at least with the balconies you can SEE the ocean.My only real complaint would be the grounds and parking area - there was garbage and debris every day that was never cleaned up and made everything look kind of ick.”

Visited this hotel for years but will be looking for other chains with honest "true" prices without the hidden add on fees.”

“My mother in law is staying here for Christmas. We decided to have dinner at the Bistro tonight. I wanted to say how amazing our service has been with Eric at the bistro. This man has went above and beyond tonight making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we were comfortable. He has had the best attitude serving the 4 of us. We greatly appreciate his help and want the Courtyard Marriott @ Melbourne to know he is a great asset to customer service here at this hotel.”

“The hotel is being managed as a third world country, we were 3 adults in a suite. The weather was cold and they refused to give us a bedspread as is hotel policy only one per room as the bedspread cost $200 dollars and people may steal it!! We ask for blankets, we were given blankets full of holes. We stay 3 days the room was never made or cleaned. We had wet towels and dirty rooms. We paid 180 dollars for a service with a quality of a low class motel”

Spacious room with comfortable bed and clean rooms.Customer service was pleasant I noticed that no one was wearing uniform so it was had to figure out who was working. They did have name tags so I guess that’s how you can tell.If you drive an electric vehicle there is a charging station down the street at the Dunkin Donuts.Nearby activities: Close to food, shopping and other”

“If I could give this location a 0 I would. Rooms are dirty. No one cleans. The kitchen counters are dirty and the food disposal sinks are clogged and stink. Alerted the front desk and Maintence came and checked it out and said they would need to go to Home Depot to purchase a new item to repair the garbage disposal. Most disturbing is the lack of security. Was moved from the first room because door could be unlocked without a key, and the same occurred with the second room we were assigned. The solution the front desk had, a female, was for us to leave and locate another hotel. Seriously? The front desk needs to be retrained. Shame on everyone, from Management to Housekeeping. Stay away from this location.Rooms: NastySafety: Initially assigned to one room on 4th floor that you could enter room without a key. The second room on the 3rd floor, amme situation. There is no safety or security.”

“This was a great hotel for us to stay in on the way down to Miami. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. The lady at the front desk recommended a great place for us to watch the launch in Cocoa Beach. She was so pleasant and was there when we arrived at night and was working the next morning. Because of the type of customer service that she provided, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel when we are in the area!”

“The front desk phone line is horrible. You can barely hear them, and it's crackly. The a/c unit in our room was dripping pretty bad! The floor was continuously wet near the door. Had to get extra towels, Just for that.5Otherwise, a great place. Everything else was clean, and in good, working order.I would stay again!Noteworthy details: The pool is not large. Max capacity of 20, and only 3ft to 5ft.”

“I've stayed here plenty of times for lots of reasons and I highly recommend it! The staff is super helpful and the rooms are nice and clean and if you don't have a vehicle there are a few places in walking distance and one of my favorite things about this hotel is they don't require a 200 deposit in order to rent a room. Which is nice because other hotels do, almost every hotel around here does and even though you usually get it right back upon checkout I just don't always have the extra money. So it's just a nice thing to not have to worry about....Rooms: The rooms are spacious and very clean!¡!Nearby activities: This location is on 192 so there's lots of shopping ?️ and restaurants you can go to that are not more than 5 to 10 mins away, it's very convenient. It's also right beside the 95 exits so all around it's a great location.Walkability: There are 3 gas stations and a Dunkin donuts all within a 2 to 3 min walkFood & drinks: They have a great ice machine ?”
