A-1 Self storage is great value for money. It is air conditioned, pest controlled and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hours of access are convenient.

Owned and operated by two sisters, no billionaires hiding in the shadows sucking off the profits here. Honest, clean, and now they auto pay using my credit so I don't have to worry about forgetting to pay. I love their place.

A-1 Storage has been a family owned and operated self-storage business in Melbourne, Florida since 1984. Our facility is approximately ΒΌ mile west off of US-1 on Lake Washington Road, south of the Pineda Causeway or just north of the Eau Gallie Causeway.
