Although it was obvious that the two men were genuinely nice people, it was equally obvious that they had been given excellent training by Shoreview/Bayshore Moving Co. in the handling of goods and in customer relations. Blaze and Rodney were truly committed to making sure that we were comfortable with the handling of our goods and furniture. Both men should be recognized by the Shoreview/Bayshore Administrative Team as essential assets to the company. As with our previous move, it all started with Todd Dewoody, our moving consultant. Todd has handled several moves for us and each time his expertise at quoting, and inventory would be difficult for anyone to match. Todd's careful attention to detail makes him one of Shoreview/Bayshore's most valuable assets. Todd is knowledgeable about his company’s procedures, and able to answer questions immediately. If you are fortunate to have Todd as your consultant, he will immediately get on the phone to his company’s Operations Manager to help resolve any scheduling issue (if they exist) and obtain answers to questions that are not within his area of duty to answer. Karin Tiedeman, the moving coordinator, is superior. Karin makes it seem as though the customer's move is as important to her as if it were her own personal move. No question was considered by Karin to be too large or too small, and if we had a concern, her response was swift, cheerful, encouraging, and on point. Our move was a very complicated result of downsizing, with goods and furniture going to 4 different places – two in-state (to a storage facility first and then to a condo) and two out-of-state (to a home and a storage facility). Of course, with such a complicated move, one would expect an error to occur along the way, and although the moving crews and staff did everything that they could to ensure that mistakes did not happen, unfortunately, some of our goods ended up misplaced or sent to a location other than the one intended. Karin was immediately on the issue with full intent to resolve it for us as quickly as possible. THE FOLLOW-UP AND GENUINE CONCERN OF THE SHOREVIEW TEAM IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE. The entire Shoreview/Bayshore team, from the General Manager (Cliff) to coordinator (Karin), to the persons involved in the search for, and work of, locating our goods were very concerned and dedicated to making sure the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. In fact, the company aggressively pursued me to file a claim in case the “missing” goods are not found in one of the 3 locations to which we had things sent. If you employ Shoreview/Bayshore as your moving company, you will not only be in good hands, but very fortunate to have them handling your most valued possessions.”

Karen helped me figure out how to get my moving pods set up so I could unload them but not hinder other customers. Tom showed me around and when we unloaded our stuff into the unit he went out of his way to check if we needed anything from water to paper towels to killing ants that had gotten attracted to something in my box to making sure we had enough carts. It is conveniently located on the south side of Eau Gallie Blvd. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have been storing our extra materials here for several years and have never seen it dirty on any floor. “I was at Patrick's space force base with my camper and I had to return to Nebraska. The one place I left my camper was over $200 a month and then I got a call from Max to leave my camper at his place for half that price. Great place, great security, and perfect location. But the most important thing is Max and his son run this place and are stellar people -- took good care of me. I called him short notice and said hey I'm coming to get my camper. I owed him money for the next month, they actually got it relet and could have kept my money, but instead they said no no worries. Anyone who's looking for storage -- if this guy has an opening, you want to put your camper there cuz these folks are genuinely good people. It's not quite rare in our society yet, but it is nice to run into folks who are just doing business, straight and honest with the people using their services.thanks again Max.”
