We are Seniors with little experience with computers ?. She answered all our questions and responded back to every email in a timely matter. With that being said we couldn't leave out Liz. What a beautiful young lady, when we came into the office and Kristen was not there Liz. would handle our concerns with confidence. “We loved this community and Nancy! This was the very first apartment we viewed and the one we viewed was a little over our original budget but it had all the amenities we wanted and more space! It was so gorgeous and Nancy made us feel so welcomed to the community! We still had other apartments we wanted to view before we locked in at compass and when we went and viewed the other properties we did not feel nearly as welcome as Nancy made us feel and the other properties didn’t give us any information like Nancy did! After viewing the properties we saw what a great price we were getting for such a great apartment at compass! Nancy gave us insight not only on the apartment but on the community and we are so excited to apply and move in!”

“It's one of the better complexes on Palm Bay Rd, but they have a lot of subletters in this place! There really is no way to regulate that unfortunately, so it is what it is. Some apartments next to us have 4-5 people living in them and we know all of them aren't listed at the office.”

“My husband and I are new tenants and we couldn’t be happier! After our initial tour prior to moving in that was given by Tyler, we immediately applied that same day! Tyler and Kelli were amazing help with the application process as well as moving in. We can’t forget to mention Danny who is a Palmview Cove’s head of maintenance who helped us with any issues we may have had. If you’re looking for a nice place to live with amazing space and amenities included this is where you want to look!”

“I was reading some of the reviews.I just started the process of trying to move here.Rose, the property manager, has been absolutely wonderful to me, and she is helping me, going out of her way, because I am disabled I need a little more help with certain things.Rose has been wonderful. She responded to me right away.This is the 1st place to take the time to help. I have been dealing with a lot of apartment management, and she has been the best.Life is not easy for anyone right now.
