“We’ve been living here for almost 8 months now, and we absolutely love it! The pool, gym, and all of the amenities are well maintained and make living here even more enjoyable. From the very beginning, Madison and Kristy made our move-in experience so easy and welcoming, and they’ve continued to be incredibly helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. Their kindness and professionalism have really made a difference. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here and would definitely recommend The Artisan to anyone looking for a great place to call home.”
“Move in process was smooth. Staff is excellent. Ravianna was a delight with a smile every step of the way and the reason why I chose this property. The golf carts battery gets a negative review, but the property, the neighbors and the overall atmosphere is excellent. Kelvin from maintenence has been spot on with the details. All around 10/10.”

“Compass is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly and try their hardest to make repairs whatever they may be. Karen is so wonderful. She’s always pleasant and does a great job. She has so many apartments to oversee. She takes the time to listen even if it’s not apartment related. Augustine and Manuel the maintenance guys have so many apartments to take care of and there are only two of them. They are always kind and helpful when there is a problem that needs attention. I want to thank them for getting my place in great condition. This complex is older so they definitely have their fair share of issues but they are always addressed in an effective manner. Thank you to all of you.

“This is a very nice quiet place to live at a very reasonable cost. Sonia has been awesome and I've had the pleasure of knowing her in my last year here. Sonia is always here and ready to help! They also do nice things for the community like father and mothers day events. Very nice and no complaints.”

Ms. Debbie Patterson has been amazing throughout. She’s always so helpful, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares. She made everything feel simple and comfortable from day one, which we really appreciated.
Also, a big thank you to Mr. Ezee from maintenance — he’s been super quick whenever we needed anything and always gets things done properly. It gives a lot of peace of mind knowing you can rely on that.
Overall, we felt very comfortable and at home here. It’s a well-kept, peaceful place, and the people managing it make all the difference. We’re really happy with our stay.”
“I recently was approved for an apartment at Highlands at Viera West, Thanks to Miaya the apartment’s agent my journey through applying and processing was smooth sailing she went above and beyond to help me in any way that she could even when I was unsure of my approval she encouraged and reassured me that I would most likely be approved and I certainly was. The Manager Mrs. Sheryl very professional and a person of her word once she has received your application she’s very informative on what she needs from you in order to complete your process and get you approved all in all I was in great hands and I’m very much looking forward to being a Resident at the Highlands at Viera West.”
