My brother lives here now for around 3 years. Area is well maintained with many amenities for those who are on budget. This is a rent restriction community.

Rose, the Parkway office manager, and Josue, the maintenance supervisor, are great and keep things running smoothly; everything is well-maintained. The community is quiet, and the apartments are very comfortable.
