“Legitimately the most well-run apartment complex I’ve lived at, and I’ve lived at multiple in this area but also a couple in other states. This place has very old buildings, but the price is far more reasonable than this area normally does, especially considering everything included with the rent that does not come as an additional charge. Water being included, for example, was huge.”
“Love this community! Courtney and Damien are amazing, along with Kristyn and the entire maintenance team. Everyone is so personable, friendly, and always willing to help. The grounds are consistently kept clean and well-maintained, which really makes a difference.
The only downside is that the front office could definitely use more support. The staff does an incredible job, but they’re constantly juggling a revolving door of requests. Even with that, they always do their best to take care of everyone with a positive attitude. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live!

“Yosendi was so helpful and such a sweet heart I had such a smooth application process she was very informative and just overall amazing she answered all my questions and got back to every email very quickly!”
“My only complaint is I could not get ahold of anyone over the phone. I tried calling all of the numbers I have and was unable to ever get someone on the phone. In person I've had a few great experiences.”

“We are moving from the Braxton! It was nice when we moved in 7 years ago but has been declining as of late! The reason we are moving is health related but there has also been a decline in upkeep of the grounds and apartments! Preventative maintenance is practically non existent and the grounds for those of us who live in the back of the property are poorly maintained! As we were packing up we found the window had been leaking (was behind furniture) and there is mold!
Also many people are throwing trash wherever they please and it is not being cleaned up many times!
I don’t know if management is aware of these things, but if not, they should be!”
