“Great home for singles and families. They keep up the grounds very well, pool looks even better each year and they nice amenities such as the gym room & dog trash bins. Maintenance is helpful and my neighbors are great. The office staff goes above with even giving out gift cards and student report card money which is always a sweet gesture.”

“A rental community with all the amenities and a leasing and maintenance staff that is the BEST in the business.Each part of the leasing process is a breeze—even for someone like me (I stress about these things) and is explained step by step.The move in process was just as phenomenal—I can’t say enough about how easy it was to relocate here. I still can’t believe it.The community itself is friendly and SO centrally located. The longest drive was to check out the beach and that was 14 minutes, door to sand.A HUGE shout out (in no particular order) to:Leeann, Hector, Tim, and Aaron.
