Avis Car Rental Melbourne operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands. Overall, it was a good experience with great customer service from a super informative and helpful employee. The car was dirty but an easy cleanup. Note that on Sunday, their hours state open at 11am, but the mall does not open until noon, so there is no way to get to Avis before 1200.

Cancelled my rental car one hour before pickup with my reservation. What is the point of having reservations if you just cancel them?

Person working was really rude and when I call and look on the website to make sure I was able to rent my car that I pre paid for and when I got there the male employee was really rude and the website information is not correct I called in to speak to someone to make sure everything was correct and it was not.
