“I had a wonderful experience with Victor driving the transport vehicle for my Mom’s appointment. He was extremely courteous, professional, and caring throughout the entire trip. The weather was rainy and traffic was heavy, but Victor drove very carefully and safely, which gave us great peace of mind. Despite the difficult driving conditions, we arrived at the appointment on time. I truly appreciate Victor’s professionalism, patience, and attention to safety. He provided excellent service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing transportation for a loved one.”

“I had an excellent experience renting a vehicle through Enterprise! The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, and they made sure I had a clean, comfortable, and reliable vehicle that met my needs. Pickup and return were both incredibly easy, and the customer service really stood out. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers. I would absolutely rent from Enterprise again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable vehicles and outstanding service. Five stars all the way!”

“I was able to pick up my car from the airport with almost no waiting time. I was offered an upgrade. The person was friendly and made my experience great. I rent cars regularly from Enterprise, but the Orlando/Melbourne Airport has been my best experience so far. Thank you!”

“Great local airport. A smaller facility with less congestion, friendly staff, nice and clean, and everything is close (rental car counter/parking lot, gates, etc). Flights were right on time.”

“I had the most pleasant experience working with G and Tiana! I’ve known many people who have purchased cars with them so when I was looking to get a new car they were my first and only call. They sold me my favorite vehicle and the process was smooth has never been smoother. The whole GQ team was such a pleasure. Thank you G & T of GQ!”

“We rent from Avis at MLB Airport frequently. Lis Perez is always professional, prompt and very pleasant. The rental car counter/line can be a drag, but not when Lis is working. She always has our Avis Preferred car ready. She absolutely makes a difference in reducing the time it takes to be on our way. Well done LIS!!!”

“Fast in and out of the Melbourne airport. Really great staff. Very friendly, even though we came in late at night. I am a fast break customer so I literally walked to the counter, grab the keys and walked out to our car. We ended up with a car that someone had apparently smoked pot in. They did their best job to clean out the smell but it was really bad. Thankfully the company was kind enough to exchange it for a new car the next day. Highly recommend budget.”
