Had to go back next day and change car car , wasn’t a real issue with the electric Benz I had other than the battery life was only 200 miles : got a Tesla with 300 and was a 2 mi. Process because again of Rise who was working that day . I would rent again simply because of her ! It was a great experience and I’m in customer service as well , great job Rose and team Budget”
