“I was hit by another driver and her insurance secured a rental for me here. From start to finish 1st phone call to picking up the car Tyler was exceptional. They even picked me up from the collision center and had a nice clean Corolla ready and upfront for me. Mitch got me checked in quickly and also provided top notch service. My phone wouldn't pair with the cars Bluetooth and Tyler worked on it for 20 mins then put me in an SUV for no extra charge then made sure this one paired ok...I will use and recommend them in the future. Thanks guys you're the best!”

“They say they have a new computer system. I have heard the same thing in LA and Nashville, and it takes extra long to get out of the garage because the checkout is so slow. Specifically at the BNA location, they have a bottom gaurd that comes up. I saw someone hit it when the arm went up, and the guard told him to go.”

I must say that all the staff that we dealt with inside and outside the building for Alamo, Enterprise were simply outstanding in their customer service. Everything was explained clearly and upon return that extra bit of effort to care about customers really showed rather than just going through the motions, an outstanding experience from end to end. The vehicles offered were also new and of good quality. All in all 10/10 experience.”

“I returned my rental car to the Alamo location at the Melbourne Airport last week, and when I arrived home I realized that I inadvertently left my personal Sun Pass transponder in the car. I called the Alamo office at the Melbourne airport, and a very pleasant gentleman said he would check and see if he could locate it. Within an hour I received a phone call letting me know that they had found my transponder and that they would be sending it back to me, which they did incredibly quickly. I cannot express my extreme gratitude to the team at Alamo Car Rental Melbourne Airport for helping me out. I'm incredibly impressed!!!”

“I like the option of signing in with Amazon and you get a credit once you return the car. This trip was a bit frustrating because I paid for a hybrid and when I got there there were no more hybrids. I ended up getting a Toyota Corolla which was brand new and it was nice, however, it wasn't what I paid for. Originally when I was looking for options the hybrid was around $50 more than the economy or compact. I figured that would be a good move so that I could save on gas. I called a few days after my rental and I described why I was a little irritated. And he said well. At this time there's only a $10 difference. Of course there was... I'm thinking.So he said either $10 will credit in 5 to 7 days or will give you a $30 credit toward your next rental. So I opted for the latter. Not sure if I'm going to be able to use the Amazon cash back as well as the $30 offer.So again, it just doesn't work in my favor. I'd rather have gotten my $50 back versus $30 off. But we will see. Maybe it will be a better coupon to use.Other than that, I don't have major complaints about this company. This was just a little frustrating because I didn't get what I paid for.”

“Been dealing with the worst of the worst issues with my rideshare rental car that broke down on me for the past 10 days and it was only due to the efforts of Karen who went above and beyond the expectations and duty of her job to get my situation with the car fixed! I'm now in a working rideshare specific vehicle thanks to the hard work, time, and effort she's put in. Thank you so much Karen!! You Rock Girl!!!On a side note, I will say I felt a little put off by the workers at the nail place next to Avis who kept all but stocking me Everytime I showed up by walking back n forth outside the Avis door and standing to the side of the door listening into my conversations with Avis employees. Kinda Creepy, but thats not Avis fault.”
