“I have a rental from Alamo at Melbourne airport Florida, service and pick up was a breeze polite and friendly staff , after a few days the vehicle had a fault I promptly called the breakdown and service number spoke to a nice lady called Sarah who ask if I could get it back to pick up point or did I need a recovery and offered to get us an uber to pick up another vehicle but I got it back to pick up point, the staff at Alamo Melbourne airport could not be more helpful Justin and his manager were very helpful and gave me a new car and we were on our way within 20 mins brilliant can’t praise them enough.”

“We rent from Avis at MLB Airport frequently. Lis Perez is always professional, prompt and very pleasant. The rental car counter/line can be a drag, but not when Lis is working. She always has our Avis Preferred car ready. She absolutely makes a difference in reducing the time it takes to be on our way. Well done LIS!!!”

“I had called to get help with a reservation for my rental car. Jenelle was wonderful and very kind and easy to speak to. She helped me out so much, i really appreciated her good customer service skills.”
“Absolutely the cheapest carhire option available at the airport. This however leads to huge queues when planes land. One way around the queues is to sign up to the Budget website, it's free and only requires your name and email. This then gives you priority to skip the queue. Pick up and drop off is immediately outside. Definitely get the tolls added to the car as virtually all the tolls we passed through were digital. We wanted a Dodge caravan, the best minivan on the market, but these are no longer available, so it looked like it would be a Pacifica, turns out we got a Tahoe. It was a good vehicle fitting six adults, six suitcases and six back packs without any trouble. It did however eat the petrol, luckily it was only $4 a gallon, yes a GALLON!!! (correct as of June 2026). You might struggle to get in as it does sit really high off the ground. All the Budget staff we talked to were polite and courteous.”

“Fast in and out of the Melbourne airport. Really great staff. Very friendly, even though we came in late at night. I am a fast break customer so I literally walked to the counter, grab the keys and walked out to our car. We ended up with a car that someone had apparently smoked pot in. They did their best job to clean out the smell but it was really bad. Thankfully the company was kind enough to exchange it for a new car the next day. Highly recommend budget.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Victor driving the transport vehicle for my Mom’s appointment. He was extremely courteous, professional, and caring throughout the entire trip. The weather was rainy and traffic was heavy, but Victor drove very carefully and safely, which gave us great peace of mind. Despite the difficult driving conditions, we arrived at the appointment on time.
