Avis Car Rental Melbourne operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands. Overall, it was a good experience with great customer service from a super informative and helpful employee. The car was dirty but an easy cleanup. Note that on Sunday, their hours state open at 11am, but the mall does not open until noon, so there is no way to get to Avis before 1200.

Had 2 problems:
1. The man working at the front desk is rude.
2. The car was picked up in Melbourne and returned in Orlando. 2 weeks after it was returned, I got a bill from AVIS for a cleaning cost for $450. It says it’s because of animal hair in the car, which is ridiculous because I don’t even have a pet.
