“Andy was great! He went out of his way (and the other employees were helping out too!) to get us taken care of. He had diagnosed that we had a #4 cylinder in our minivan that was misfiring. So I decided to take a crack at replacing in the parking lot (I do NOT recommend this...it could have broken off in the motor). Andy was so helpful. He must have come out to help a dozen times while we were trying to get the old one out. (He even jumped in himself to try and back it out of the cylinder) We finally got the dead plug out and it solved the problem!
