I was very surprised about the service. I want transfer money from my cc to my bank account. I was skeptically if it would go. Another branch was not aible to do it.
So I asked the guy Fredy at the counter, if it‘s possible. No problem.
He did it an did an excellent job. So I was very happy.

As with ALL of the Truist locations, the tellers are fantastic! Yesterday Tiffany, at you Wickham and Murrell location, took care of my unusual request for a large sum of cash denominations. She was fast, pleasant and fulfilled my "order" completely ! Thank you

Opened an estate account at this branch and had a wonderful experience with a great lady named Ginger!! She is an excellent employee and BB&T is lucky to have such an incredible person working for them. I will do all my banking here in the future..
