I observed him throughout the day as I would any ‘contractor’ that comes to my home. I have to say that I have never had anyone work so steadily. Absolutely nothing was “rushed” as he cleaned and applied his detailing products very carefully every step of the way, examining his work very carefully to insure it had been properly done before moving to the next step. My CRV looks better now than it did when I drove it away from Southeastern Honda. This highly professional young man deserves your business and I would use his service as needed in the future.”

From the moment I walked in the door, April had the whole process locked down. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable and helped me with the rental process and kept me up to date with parts ordering and then again updated on arrival. Pretty sure she even updated the rental company on a rim delay because I had ZERO ISSUES with keeping it past the delay. The work done on the truck was perfect, my rear quarter panel, bumper, rim and tire all look better than new. The paint blended perfectly and all the plastic rivets were set properly. I’m a former VW, Audi, Porsche mechanic and you can definitely tell by the level of customer service and the expertise of the repairs and the seamless paint blending these folks care about their work. Very happy and extremely grateful! Will use again!”
