    The wait was horrible to get our rental.
    I feel bad for the 2 women trying to take care of the 20 people in line:(

    Took 1.5hrs just to reach the front of the queue, most peoples selected cars were not available and were just being papped of with whatever was available, will never use Avis/budget again
