A visit to Beall's "The Florida Store," used to be high on my list when I visited family in Florida in years past. Now that I live here... most of the former Beall's stores are outlets & the 2 "real" stores are very run-down.”
“There is not so much variety of things anymore, although in some areas there is, there were some very cute bags and decorations for the terraces and patios, a lot of clothes for Mother's Day, other types of gifts ? It was very well stocked and the prices have improved a lot a little. Now it's Halloween and there are many very cute things and you always find something interesting.”
“I had a great experience at the Ross store in Viera. After a frustrating visit to another location, I came here and was pleasantly surprised by how organized everything was and how professional and kind the staff were. I was looking for sunglasses, and the associate who helped me was attentive, patient, and made me feel welcomed. She showed me several options and never made me feel rushed or judged. They have more stocks, more organized with their racks although there is still room for improvement. More friendly staff who can assist shoppers in need. “Legend is a very nice store with a variety of many designer and name brand products. The customer service there is absolutely spectacular. Legend is really one of a kind. You won’t find many stores like this one. I would definitely recommend the store to anybody in the area. I have never seen any disrespect from an employee. “Alyssa helped me in April 2025 but before I get into it, that month was when I lost my soul dog, had a huge presentation, and had someone who was working in valet steal $535 from my wallet which I forgot was in my car.
When I met Alyssa at H&M, she worked so hard to help me get the best look with the perfect fit. She was full of life and energy and made me feel like I was the only person in the store. She brought such a light forward that gave me permission to see my own light. I was so moved by our interaction and her willingness to go above and beyond that I promised her to leave her a review.
Unfortunately, I was so overwhelmed with life that I didn’t follow through on my word. I have thought about how I failed her nonstop since that day and talked myself out of doing the review because I questioned if it even mattered.
Well March 2026, I was back in town and needed help on an outfit for a funeral I have to attend this Saturday. The Universe gave me a second chance to right my wrong. I always want to be impeccable with my word.
I saw Alyssa once again, and like the brightest star in the night sky, there she was again shining as bright as ever. I apologized to her and told her how much she meant to me. Her presence, energy, attention to detail, smile, joy, and all she brings regardless of the highs and lows each day can bring. I told her that I needed to right this wrong because if we have a compliment to give someone and don’t, we essentially are stealing from them. We never know what others are going through and Alyssa has always been a light when I have been in the middle of storms.
Alyssa, wherever this life takes you, continue to shine bright. Thank you for blessing H&M with your presence and professionalism. You are seen, known, loved and appreciated xoxo

Pricing was fair and staff were helpful with getting sizes and making sure that people were satisfied before buying, I’ve seen a lot of people talk about how they were standing around waiting for something to happen but with most shoe stores they really don’t need to. Most of the time it’s your own decision and not the workers. All together great vibes and I got great Jordans.”

Drew is super down to earth and bailed me out of a bad situation with very little time to spare...I purchased 2 personalized baseball decals for Easter baskets from ETSY (1st time last time for that app) and the seller ghosted me. With only 4 days to spare I called Drew figuring it was too small a job and not enuf notice but he came thru big time!
