“My girlfriend and I recently went in Store # 841, on Aug. 15th, in Melbourne and were helped by the Manager, Abbey. She was super friendly, came and showed a few shoes which my girlfriend tried on, and knew her merchandise. She was patient. I say patient because my girlfriend and I left the store without a purchase. Abbey understood we were going to shop around and still provided excellent customer service. About an hour later, around 4pm, we returned. We asked for Abbey as we wanted to again work with her. She came out and again showed us a couple of more pairs of sneakers, all the while being friendly and professional. My girlfriend finally chose a pair of sneakers she really liked. We ended up buying the sneakers paired with a cleaner and socks. The whole experience was very nice. Of consequence, I'm writing this because many salespeople and managerial staff scuff at customer's who don't buy after effort is given bringing out shoes.
