Disappointed on many levels. Still, I'm waiting on a call back request from 2 days ago from an office manager. I would hope the HF Gateway facility overseeing these reviews would respond.

I was helped by an absolute Angel today. Her name is Desiree from Scheduling at this office. She really didn’t have to help me but she did! It wasn’t her job. She was so friendly, professional and patient with me! So glad she answered the phone! I hope she gets recognized for the great employee that she is! Thanks again Desiree!

I'd rate the hospital as effective for handing an emergency admission. I'd rate the hospitalist as marginal on diagnosis& treatment. The nursing staff was great. Their bills are outrageous and unfairly costly. Their ability to handle payment is only good over the phone with a live person. Their emailed hypertext for their payment portal is always under construction. This means that their managers are inept.

The amount of incompetency is appalling. They go against their very own medical rules in regards to 'informing patients the cost of things before they are seen'. And quite frankly the doctors don't care how much you are being charged nor do they inform of amount, like they should legally do. I'm very happy I no longer go to this facility. I feel really bad for the mothers in maternity that have to call 10 times before someone actually answers and when they arrive they are not greeted, they stand there waiting and waiting until one of the ladies at her computer turns around and acts as if we were bothering them with our appointments. Waiting over an hour to be seen for your scheduled appointment is also unacceptable, which I have experienced first hand.The only good doctor there is A.Martine. Avoid all others in OB/gyno.

Urgent Care is not so Urgent!!! Even if you have an appointment. Had an appointment for 10am & 40 minutes later was still sitting in the waiting room.

Not the medical group it the kitchen staff one star review give me a bad attitude she said right to my face no no no we not hiring she refused. She raise up the price for no reason price is $6.99 she edited it to $7.65. She need to be fire immediately. I have 7 years experience working in kitchen/customer service I said it the worst customer service in the kitchen I see first time. If I was working there in the kitchen if they asked me if they hiring I won’t give them a bad attitude I said it in really nice way. I can write their number down on the list and give it to the kitchen boss. I have top reference chef and etc and outstanding kitchen work. She refused to take me.

Very disappointed with this office. Verified that my insurance was active before my appointment and still received a bill for the full amount. My doctor Jaime tavares told me he was going to contact the head of billing to see what could be done to correct the issue and she would contact me. I never got a call.

Over the past few years, the new management is more interested in the "bottom line" than patient care. Have lost several of my doctors due to this. Have turned their doctors into assembly line workers. Number of patients per hour is the criteria for a good doctor!. Even in the cutting of overhead of valley service. They don't take into consideration the driver may also be handicapped!! They pay management employees to "bury" profits rather than increase nursing care at the hospital. Heath First As an organization has turned into "it's all about money organization"

Can in after 2pm at the Billing department and they are all out to lunch. They should have take a turn system, so there's always someone helping patients.

The facility is good and my doctor is great unfortunately their call center patients need to use to communicate is absolutely horrendous. It is indictivite of the problem with the medical industry and a step back from personal medical care. As much as I like my doctor I despise their terrible call center customer service and looking for other options. This call center always has phone issues, rarely follows through with call backs, is so uninformed itd laughable, and has no sense of urgency. I did one time get a normal person on the phone who was actually good but that was one time out of dozens. Who ever instituted this call center should have their hell composed of daily conversations with this call center for ever task they need done.

Every time I come here it’s a great experience. Wether it’s urgent care, radiology, or any other department, I am always treated with respect by every employee and they always take good care of me. It’s always very clean with a positive and productive environment where I’m comfortable and I’m always in and out quickly. They get things done here!

I do not ever recommend coming to this facility for anything. Had a 1030am appointment and it has been 2 hours after checking in to the appointment and I still have not been called back. I have a 10 minute visit for work clearance and this simply cannot be completed. Very unprofessional and disorganized!!!

Less than 1 star. Arrived 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. Taken to room at 11:00. 12 noon still waiting. Went to find out why I’ve been waiting 1.5 hours. Told I was next. NP comes in 12:05 pm. Gone 12:15.Ridiculous!!!

First time in, staff were very friendly and patient, was in & out with a prescription called in in under an hour even though they were fairly busy.Edit: also had to get tetanus shot and since the nurse accidentally told me it was $15 when it came out to $60, they wrote it off :)Remember to just be kind !
