Disappointed on many levels. Still, I'm waiting on a call back request from 2 days ago from an office manager. I would hope the HF Gateway facility overseeing these reviews would respond.

I was helped by an absolute Angel today. Her name is Desiree from Scheduling at this office. She really didn’t have to help me but she did! It wasn’t her job. She was so friendly, professional and patient with me! So glad she answered the phone! I hope she gets recognized for the great employee that she is! Thanks... read full comment

Urgent Care is not so Urgent!!! Even if you have an appointment. Had an appointment for 10am & 40 minutes later was still sitting in the waiting room.
