I have been traveling to Melbourne for business for over a year and I always stay here, beautiful hotel, great views of the ocean and of the space launches. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Mandy Siravo, she has always been very helpful, she should get a raise or a promotion.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. In fact I didn't even know I had expectations about this place until I stayed there and I realized that wow, this place is kinda awesome!

Was disappointed in their idea of a balcony and 1 of the plugs in bathroom did not work. And it seems they are not handicap accessible to the beach.
