It is also right near all the beaches, restaurants, and downtown Melbourne. The hotel shuttle is a real star, offering quick rides to and from the airport and within a five-mile radius for added convenience. Guest experiences with the staff are generally positive, with many finding them super helpful, friendly, and offering some of the best customer service. The facilities include a great pool and hot tub for the kids, along with sport courts, though the property is an older facility showing some age. Room cleanliness is good, but opinions on the beds are mixed, with some finding the mattress and pillows excellent for a sound sleep, while others report them as not the best, well worn, and very uncomfortable. A common drawback is that everything has a price, with no free breakfast offered. The on-site restaurant receives mixed reviews, from a mediocre dinner to a very nice breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. The bar service has been criticized for being inexperienced and overpriced. Ample parking is available, even for larger vehicles. Everyone is super helpful. I did request a handicapped accessible room, which I did get, however, this is an older facility and showing some age. I would definitely stay here again.
