“We had not traveled in awhile so we thought at first a tad pricey. Howeverafter staying here? The rooms are spacious a clean. Everything worked well. Plenty of towels. The night staff and day staff were above average. Parking spaces were spacest for Florida. The BIGGEST 5* is the breakfast. What a fabulous selection for whatever your looking for. We cruise often. This will be a regular stop.”

“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Checkin was simple. We had our company Christmas party and it was so magical. Loved The Landing and patios. Great on site coffee shop and lobby had many areas to sit and take pictures. Rooms were pristine,well stocked, and so very comfortable”

“Very happy with our 6 night stay. This is certainly a budget hotel but the rooms are a good size and decently clean, beds are comfortable, service was good, and location and access to the beach can't be beat.As others have mentioned the interior walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors if they're a bit noisy, but wasn't much of an issue for us. We appreciated the layout and quality of exterior walls and windows as we heard absolutely no outside noise.Be aware if you get a patio room that you can't actually get to the beach from the patio - I wouldn't book such a room again as at least with the balconies you can SEE the ocean.My only real complaint would be the grounds and parking area - there was garbage and debris every day that was never cleaned up and made everything look kind of ick.”

“I stayed here for a business trip for a night.
It was very friendly cute and clean courtyard. A comfy bed but you can hear neighbors easily. My next room guests were so loud..
I went outside for a walk and to see what is around. Just location is little bit a far from everything. You will need a car to be around.
Otherwise, it is great value for stay”

“I stayed at the Candlewood Suites in Melbourne, Florida for a week during a business trip, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and I appreciated the laid-back, extended-stay vibe.

The suite was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare meals and feel more at home. The bed was comfortable, and the workspace was perfect for getting things done. I also liked having access to the free laundry facilities and the fitness room — both convenient for longer stays.

The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the room had a slightly dated feel in terms of decor, and housekeeping service wasn’t daily — something to be aware of if you’re expecting traditional hotel cleaning. That said, everything was tidy and in working order.

Location-wise, it’s in a quiet area with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach.

Would definitely stay again!”

“My husband and I were looking for an affordable, comfortble place to stay while on our honeymoon. We found this Hampton and the price was right so we booked it. I contacted the hotel and spoke to Sales Director, Wayne, to see if there was anything special they could set up in the room as a surprise for my husband when we arrived. Wayne was so kind and went above and beyond! When we arrived, the front desk staff was aware of our special occasion and greeted us with congratulations. When we got into our room (which they upgraded at no charge) we found red roses, a note from the staff and a bottle of chilled wine. This was such a kind gesture. The room was clean, well stocked and AC worked wonderfully!
On Day 2 of our stay the toilet in the room wasnt flushing well. We went down to inform the front desk and within minutes there was a knock at the door and I was blown away to see none other than Wayne, the Sales Director, plunger in hand, there to fix the issue! And he did quickly and we had no other issues.
The complimentary hot breakfast was fantastic. There is a waffle making station, and lots of other great options that varied from day to day providing variety.
Overall we found this to be a wonderful place to stay, especially for the price. The location is next to so many great restaurants and shops. Its set back a bit from the main road so there is no traffic noise. The pool, while not occupied bc Its november, was clean and well maintained.
We will definitely stay here again when in the area. HUGE THANKS TO WAYNE for going above and beyond for us! He made our visit exceptional.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very helpful especially Selena (the assistant manager) she always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Housekeeper Antoinette was very nice and cleaned my room and left is smelling amazing. The location is great with mall stores and restaurants and movie theater that you can walk to. The rooms are big with a full kitchen as well. This is where I will stay every time I come to Melbourne!! Thank you all.”

“We checked in during the middle of the night after a horrible experience somewhere else. From the second we walked in the door until we checked out several days later the staff was wonderful! Very polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!”

“Was surprised how nice and convenient this Hilton is. MLB airport is just minutes away - and you arrive quickly here from your flight. MLB is not a major airport so despite proximity - this is a quiet location.

The real star here is the Hotel Shuttle that quickly gets you to and from the airport (THANKS GEORGE!!) The shuttle offers rides within a 5-mile radius of the hotel - so they can get you to downtown Melbourne for a night out - to the beach - or just over to Target for whatever you forgot to pack.

The bed mattress here is excellent as is the pillows- I slept soundly and will book here for all future trips to the area.”

“Really great stay this past week at the Radisson in Melbourne. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful, we greatly appreciated it! And while part of the hotel is under construction, it wasn't a bother to us at all. There was hardly any construction noise that I noticed, and the pool being renovated wasn't an issue as it would've been too cold to use anyway. The gym was decently equipped with cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bike) and a cable machine. The location is excellent. Easy access to the beach, which we loved. Also, right across the street from a Walmart, so we picked up groceries or whatever we needed each morning when we'd head out to grab breakfast (shout out to Corey's Bagels!). Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too. We walked everywhere! Our room was great - clean, bright, and spacious. We really appreciated having a whole separate living area and our balcony facing the beach. And to top it all off, it was VERY reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!”

“Been going here for years! Honestly 5/5 all the way! Idk how this place gets bad reviews. It’s so quiet, peaceful. Neighbors, staff is all cool. Respectful, nice and brief! I love that so much. Pretty simple if you ask me! If you need a place to stay in, watch some tv, have a fridge, coffee maker, a nice shower plus a microwave?? Plus some good tv and WiFi! I love this hotel out of every hotel in Melbourne. Thank you so much again and God bless you and the staff! Much love”

“The room given to me was at a great rate, however the A/c unit was not working which is a must in central Florida. Overall the room was standard and clean. Check in was done via kiosk that worked well.”
